I simply asked the checkout associate if she cleans the pad where customers swipe or insert card. She said she did. Someone had just used it before I checked out and she did not clean it.I asked when. She stated that she does it at the end of her line. I asked not after every customer that uses it? "No" was her response When my transaction was complete she uncustomer service friendly placed my receipt in the white sack and didn't say thank you. Just clean the pad after every customer uses it. Wouldn't you want your eatery to clean tables after usage? Covid and the flu are real

The customer service at the pharmacy has never been good, but it has continued to get worse. It appears that the manager of the store keeps the pharmacy chronically understaffed.I give the manager an F for failure.After the horrible service today, I am tired of continually dealing with the horrible customer service and will begin using a different pharmacy.

DO NOT COME HERE. on 6/24/2020 -- they closed the store for "sanitation" due to an employee testing positive for Covid. and were back open later that day. no way they got that place clean in a few hours. BEWARE!!

I've never written a review about store pricing before but HOLY CR-! Went to get a 3 pack of FRP tests and they charge $22 and some change while everyone else charges around $12? WTH Walgreens price gouge much?

Love the auto refills and the express pay options available on the App. I use the Walgreen's yearly plan to save on my prescriptions. The employees in the pharmacy areas are friendly and helpful in finding particular items or to recommend OTC choices. I'm always pleased with the photos I have enlarged using the website for easy pickup.

The location is always super busy so be prepared. Other than the high traffic the staff is amazing. They go out of their way to help you.

The clinic is has HORRIBLE customer service. I checked in on the kiosk 10 mins before appt and waited 20 mins until the Nurse Practitioner came out to tell me she was going on her lunch break and couldn't see me. Apparently the kiosk didn't sign me in correctly. She refused to see me even though I had been sitting there for almost 30 mins. Called the manager but the clinic is a separate entity and he couldn't do anything.

I hate to leave such a poor review. I had a 3:10 appointment in the clinic and was five minutes late. The appointment is canceled. Such a disappointment. I'm leaving the review so that people are aware that there is no margain, and you must be on time to this (in)convenient clinic.

Pharmacy is an Endless wait time no matter inside or drive thru, daytime or nighttime, early morning, middle of afternoon or late night, totally unacceptable, I will shop another location or even another CVS.
