TERRIBLE SERVICE the rudest people work there and are not willing to lift a finger. They truly have a great selection with good prices but shopping there is like hell. I understand they only sell to licensed professionals but I wanted to buy a few nail files bc I do my own nails at home and she snatched things out of my hand when I said I don’t have a license. She said they don’t sell ANYTHING to people without a license but I have purchased many things from there before. The people there definitely hate their job and couldn’t care less about customers.

Last time I’ll be visiting this store for my business
Cussing and always gossiping
I spend THOUSANDS at this location for my business and get treated horribly.
I’ll be taking my business to RDA for now on

I went to this place a few days ago but I hadn't realized that my cosmetology license had expired. I brought a lot of things that I had to leave behind, because yes, my license was not valid.I come back a few days later I give my phone number and my name and they tell me no that they used my license number, which is obvious that nobody loads ? so I ask for a moment and call my daughter and ask her to send me a photo, ok I show the photo to the "worker" named Ernestina and she tells me that she doesn't have to have a photo of me either ? even though I'm showing her all the paperwork for my license.For me this is racism and I'm going to find a way for this lady to know that these things are no longer there for them to stay here ?

I love this store it's a great location!!! The girls are always sweet and willing to help find and recommend products. The girls go the extra mile and open a box to help pick new items and it's awesome for a new hair stylist like me!!!
