A terrible place to go. If you can, save yourself the time. They won’t give you a quote or tell you how much you’ll be charged until all the paperwork is done. And depending on what they find or what you’re getting, they’ll try to charge you even more. I absolutely do not recommend wasting your time here. They’re abusive and will try to overcharge you for things you shouldn’t have to pay for.

The Jackson Hewitt location in N. Austin was both convenient and easy!
Also, their team members were professional, courteous and knowledgeable about MY personal tax needs!!!
