Terrible experience and disastrous service!! I got charged $100 for an extremely poor job! Even after I provided photos of how terribly my nails were done, I got refused a refund. Do not go to that salon! You will be charged a lot of money for a very poor job!

Sadly, very poor customer service. We were looking forward to getting pedicure, after having confirmed a time over their texting platform. They told us that they would call us to set up a profile, but never actually called us. When we showed up for the appointment, the person at the desk got very argumentative making it out to be our fault that no one had called us (including asking to see my phone record - and trying to call me out upon finding the record of when I had called the business to try to make an appointment and had left a message). This person than tried to argue with us - suggesting how stupid we were to have assumed we could have confirmed an appointment without having first created a profile. Needless to say, it was an unpleasant experience and we will not be back.

Shanna is one of the best nail techs I have ever met. 25+ years experience. This place is so clean and they really do go over and beyond. It was so easy to book the appointment online, and I was so nicely greeted. Can’t recommend this place enough. I will be back

Have been coming here for years and have always had excellent service. Lacquer has some of the best technicians in Austin. I appreciate the sophisticated, calming atmosphere. Shayna and Val made me summer-ready today. Thanks for the great mani-pedi!

Lacquer is beautiful, clean and has the safest polishes and policies. I love that they are on the forefront of the industry ensuring the best care for my nails. Who knew a soakless pedicure would be so indulgent! Highly recommended!
