This is the third (and will be the last) time I’ve ordered from here. Placing the order says 35 mins for delivery. An hour and half later still waiting for the delivery. Out of control

The service here is terrible. They literally delivered us an empty box. When we called, they said we could come in for a “replacement” or get a discount on our next order. They said the replacement would be ready in 10 minutes. It wasn’t ready when we got there, so they gave us some other poor woman’s cold cheese pizza. This franchise should have its pizza license revoked.

I've ordered carry out from this location before and The customer service is always good. The employees were very polite. The pizza and wings were fresh and delicious.

We got someone else's order the name on the boxes clearly said Lean they should have confirmed the name before dropping off. That order was inedible due to being ruined during delivery.

Waited over an hour for my pizza that I never got. The place is 7 minutes from my apartment, I went outside to check the whole complex to see if the driver was having problems finding my apartment but I never saw nobody... The status had changed to "deliver" ! I called the place but I never got a response from the location at all ! Will NEVER ODER FROM HERE again ! Dominos pizza has never had an issue finding my apartment!

I ordered a pizza to be picked up at a later time. Apparently there was something wrong with the website because I got notification an hour before it was supposed to be ready that the pizza was ready. I immediately called the store. The manager told me that it would be OK because it be under the heat lamp. I explained that I did not want an old pizza.Well, I picked up the pizza. It is definitely not fresh, clearly the one that was sitting under the heat lamp for an hour. An hour!Trust me, there’s a difference. Old pizza just is not good to me.

James the manger and Tony the deliver are the best by far made me a happy customer and I believe they deserve a raise as well really bettering the company those guys are great team.

My order took longer than normal as the deliver kept changing the delivery time and once I got my food it was hair tangled in the cheese! I will never eat here again waste of my money since I was unable to eat the pizza!

If I could give zero stars, I would! I ordered two pizzas to be delivered at a future time via their app. I know that the order went through because my credit card was charged. The delivery time came and went. No pizza. About 30 minutes after the scheduled delivery time, I called them. The first time I called, they picked up the phone and hung up. The second time, I selected the option to connect with the manager. Again, I got hung up on. The third time I called, they answered and immediately placed my call 'on hold'. I waited... and waited... and waited. I had to listen to the hold music for 3 cycles. Yes, that's right. After a few minutes, the call gets routed back to a ring. It rings and they immediately place me on hold again.... and then for a third time. I hang up, call back and again select the option to speak to the manager. They pick up the phone and I'm placed on hold yet again. So I call the corporate customer service number and speak with an agent. I tell him what happened and he immediately apologizes profusely. After he locates my order and sees that my card has indeed been charged, he said he'd call the location to find out the status of my order and call me back. Well, surprise surprise, he couldn't get a hold of anyone either. So he calls me back and says he's going to request a refund to my card and I'll get a call from someone in upper management within 48 hours. I refuse to order from this location ever again! The customer service sucks a$$ and they are all unprofessional!
