Simply awful people at their job working here in comparison to our other banking institutions. The few middle aged women here with not even a smile to offer seems to be the requisite trait to work here.
Very very slow service. And this branch is never crowded. The 50-60 year old black woman with the blond wig is the worst and I'm black also. After she dismissed the customer in front of me, I waited for her to wave me to the counter. We stared at each other for 45+ seconds until she decided to call me to the window. I reported this trifling to the manager that told me he'd transferred and previously worked in Utah. I've have an account here since 2008. Not for long. Do better with the bare minimum Amegy. I'm still closing my account.

If I could rate this bank a ZERO I would! But I just wanna tell anyone that is looking for a bank! Do NOT bank here. HORRIBLE customer service, and rude, rude people!!!!!

Any time I call this branch for a simple question they transfer me to customer service. Any time I go to deposit or withdrawal money they only have one person at the window so it takes 10 mins for them to finally get to me. I've been with a lot of banks in my life and this bank is the least convenient of them all.

I have been with Amegy for over 3 years now. I loved them in the beginning, mainly because the lady I opened my account with was so friendly & helpful. But over the years, they have changed significantly. We go through hell to access our own money. Like this past weekend, we needed cash out of our account because we were having home repairs down. Our account was frozen & no one could tell us why. Had to jump through hoops on the phone today for over an hour to get this resolved. Now it's fine, it was the BANKS mistake....but that doesn't help our situation because now we had to reschedule all the home repairs we needed done. It should never ever be so much trouble to access your own money & especially as often as we do. We will soon be switching our savings & checking accounts elsewhere.

Not sure what happened to them. One Saturday recently they were closed well before the posted time and no cars in the lot like I just missed them. The ATM has also been out for a couple of weeks now.

Worst bank ever. They make you jump thru hoops to get your own money. It's always something. Wouldn't recommend anybody to this bank. Horrible!
