I've been here a few times and never had any issues, but the other day I ordered chicken strips and they were overcooked and hard. Even the girl that bagged it looked at them weird knowing they were overdone. It was a little busy but I know it could have been better.

I always come here and get good service but when I walk in this morning I said good morning and ask the lady excuse me miss are y’all open she look at me with a mad face an said No so I smiled and ask how many minutes until you guys open she said 5 minutes with and attitude I usually get the other lady who is nicer but this one i really do pray she gets some joy in her life God bless ??

My boyfriend and I work nights and there’s times we don’t have time to cook before heading to the ER and we order on the mobile app. We put our order in like 2 min ahead and it’s done in 5 and they remember us and have everything ready. Food is always fresh & amazing, they never forget sauce, and they are always pleasant! Makes for a great start to our long night!Dietary restrictions: Great options

I guess hard hamburger buns must be a new menu item, for this is what was on my wife's order tonight. Sonic as a company has just about lost my family and I as customers. Perhaps Whataburger, Burger King, Jack In The Box, et. al. would like my dining dollars. ?Sonic Corporate, don't bother responding. No, I don't want to discuss this with the franchise "owner," because it is YOUR name on the product, it is YOUR product being sold, it is YOUR reputation that YOU apparently do not care enough about to GUARANTEE the quality of.

The drive thru is super slow. They will put you on hold for 5mins before ordering no apologies or anything. I simply hate going there.

Customer service is trash. Whole establishment is trash. Why ask for ketchup on the app to not receive it in my bag upon arrival ? Hmm ? Like don't piss me off Sonic. Y'all employees need to do better. Trying to charge for a cup of ice for some limes AND DONT EVEN TAKE APPLE PAY OR ALLOW YOU TO ORDER THEM ON THE APP. LIKE WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE ! Wtf.

Breakfast burrito, cost 10 bucks and is the size of a 50 cent coin thick. All you could taste was the cheese sauce probably because of the lack of anything else in the burrito. Drink tastes ok tats were fresh but missing salt. Just avoid this location they like ripping people off.

Young short girl was too busy on personal phones to notice customers or orders. I yelled hello to the kids twerking in the back. Then this girl popped up from a corner and called we rude. Drink wasn't made other customers wondering where everyone is. Sept 2, 2023 in the afternoon, someone keeps to kick rocks.
