A very busy place. Pack your patience. Nice bathroom and vending inside. When you arrive, park behind the line of trucks. It may be four rows, two deep. Just park so you can get out because it's not necessarily first come first serve. If one truck pulls out, you pull up. Sometimes a fork lift driver will come to your truck to give you directions after check in. CHECK IN...Bring your pickup number that starts with a 1 or 0 and it's six digits long.
Bringg the number to the trailer your are loading. You walk in and pick up a tablet. Enter your pickup number first. Once you have entered your phone number. Go to your tractor and wait for them to call. Open your doors and make sure your trailer is clean. IMPORTANT if they give you a Ramp assignment, it's to the left of the line of trucks. See photo. Docks 1 thru 5 are to the right, in front of you. Watch out for forklifts. They are busy moving from point to point. Pack a lunch because I had so much waiting time that I was able to draw you little pictures. Enjoy LOL Blue Penny

Good service fast unloading within 20 min and my appointment is tomorrow and they unload me day before they open until 8am to 10:30pm

No overnight parking. TA 2 miles away. Loves, Flying J, & TA 15 miles away.
When you arrive get in line with the rest of the other truck drivers. Walk over to shipping office/trailer across from dock 1 and check in. (The shipping office building is under construction) Once you’re checked in they will call you for your door.
I arrived at 2:15pm for my 3:00pm appointment, at 4:25pm I got a call for my dock door. Slide tandems to rear, open trailer doors, and backed into my door. 6:15pm, warehouse worker had me pull away from dock door, close trailer doors and put seal tag. I’m done being loaded, walked over to office to get paperwork and I was out.

at least they got loaders here they try get u out but can get over crowded sometimes long waits if u come here early u will get out quick but is fcfs good luck drivers

This place is a joke. Been here since 12 noon and still not loaded and it’s 7:16pm. Guy called me and told me to back into dock 2 but when I was about to back, they told me the didn’t have my load ready yet. Whoever come here just be aware that you will be sitting for a long time maybe even do a 10 reset.

You have to scan the QR code, fill out the form, you have to bring your pickup number, it is 6 or 7 digits, since you finish filling out the form, you can return to your truck, they will talk to you about loading quickly.

Have been here since 1 p.m.... It's now 7:30 and while I am in a dock, they still haven't touched my truck. I was told that they have until 10:30 to load my truck and that the product wasn't even ready yet. Had they just told me when I got here, I wouldn't have wasted my time. The 2 days I'm getting to go home this weekend, just got cut back to only 1 because I'm now out of time to drive. I'll NEVER haul out of here again.
