As a first-time home buyer, I was nervous, anxious, and excited and did not know how the process worked or where to start. Luckily, I met Vivianne, who instantly got to work for me and learned what I was looking for, the price range I needed to be in, etc. Within a week, she found the perfect house for me and guided me throughout buying process making it painless and enjoyable. Vivianne was referred to us by a co-worker. We were told she was a “go-getter” and boy she was right. We could not asked for a better realtor. We needed the house to sell quickly and she worked very hard to make that happen. We got an offer within 2 days and just closed on the house this week. I can not stress the importance of having a good realtor working for you. Hire Vivianne you won’t regret it!

Got in contact with Vivianne to help with my first home buying purchase. From the start Vivianne was so helpful and was always open to go and view houses with us no matter what time of day or how many we wanted to see.
