The new A.I. ordering assistant makes the drive through a very obtuse experience.

What I got looked like it was old and it did not taste good. It made me sick to my stomach.

This Panda Express has a person answering the drive through, not an AI. I much prefer it that way, we should not lose the human interaction which makes a more positive customer experience. Food was good as well.
