If no stars was an option that’s what I would give it. Ordered some ice cream and hot dogs, but was told ice cream machine was being cleaned After I paid. They were able to refund me for the ice cream but when I got home a majority of the hotdogs appeared to be rotten. Next time save yourself the trouble and go to DQ.

Of the last 6 sonic orders...ALL the orders had one thing missing or incorrect. The fryer oil was old for the tots. Sonic needs better quality control and better staff training. Maybe one day we'll go back and try again. The hill country stores are up to par and needs an overhaul.Food: 3/5

I’ve been to this sonic on a few occasions and they have been amazing each time . On two of those occasions the car hop Merissa was so sweet she went above and beyond with everything . However there was a carhop her name was Emma that took my order and she was very rude and she took about 4 minutes to take my order and I was the only person on the lot . Other than that I’ve had nothing but great experiences .

We're at sonics all over, and this one is by far the worst one we've ever been at. Routing everyone through the drive through, even if you ordered in advance online. Couldn't take the time to put to a sign, it even let us know sheet sitting. Their screens are broken, just like their service.Food: 3/5

Constantly closing early. Tried to go there several times whether they close at 10 or 11 and they’re closed an hour early or more. Depends on the day but it seems the only time to go there is lunchtime but expect a 25 minute wait

I'm from San Antonio Texas and we came down here to Blanco Texas to do some jobs in Home Remodeling so we get hungry we drive up to Sonic to grab the Coney Dog meal which is a number seven so do they give me the so-called Coney Dog Mio number 7 with two hot dogs in it and cold tater tots and the cheese and the hot dog and the chili all look like it had been sitting there for days on top of the young lady that served me when I informed her that my tots were cold she called me a liar and said that they were just made and they were literally cold bad service first of all their uniforms were unprofessionally worn the young lady who served me had a very nasty attitude I would not recommend this Sonic to anyone nor will I ever eat here ever again I had to throw my food in the trash and my husband bought me something from somewhere else and that place treated me a lot better better customer service and better food everything was fresh at the other restaurant and it was not a Sonic Sonic's restaurants need to retrain their employees and pick up their professionalism because they have none

I frequent this Sonic and have had nothing but great service! The employees have always been very friendly and there is seldom much of a wait. The one time, out of many visits, my order was incorrect the manager handled the situation appropriately. I have no complaints.

I eat here all the time since I live close by. what are these reviews talking about? service is *always* quick. food always delicious. - mostly I have burgers or breakfast tacos, but just discovered French toast sticks. too delicious! (name is not real, just being careful online.) When we first moved to Texas we learned that Whataburger was inedible, and In'n'Out great, but far. Slowly we've grown tired of In'n'Out for the BETTER burgers (and other food) at Sonic!

Half hour in drive thru for a burger? Damn. Not even during lunch rush. Just 2 cars ahead. Horrible

We were there almost 1 hr...and we ordered ahead! We waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes, backed up went into a stall checked in on the app and waited 20 min then we pushed the button and they said "yeeesss...haven't you gotten your order?" My husband told her what happened and she said "oh ok, hold on.." disconnected and after another 15 minutes got our drinks, we checked our drinks and all the ice was melted in 2 ... so 50 minutes later we were able to leave with watered-down drinks.
