I had a terrible experience at THRIFT FAMILY THRIFT CENTER today. While checking out, I had a stuffed animal without a price tag. The cashier couldn't process my purchase because of this. I requested to speak with the manager, but they were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in resolving the issue. I'm so disappointed with the customer service and will not be shopping there again.

Awful people just awful I just tried on shirt on and I was going to check out and as I lifted the shirt out of the car it snagged on the cart and the tag came off and the lady said I can’t sell it to you now the manager said I’ll take it back and I will put a new price tag on it walked in the back and walked back out with no shirt in the hand and said sorry can’t sell it to you …. I don’t care how much it is I really wanted the shirt ?so dumb …. Maybe find a nicer manager

The worst customer service experience I've had ever experienced treated like a thief to a homeless person they made me feel so ashamed NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND ANYONE VISITING THIS PLACE AGAIN THOSE WOMEN IN THE REGISTER TREAT CUSTOMER'S LIKE THEY DON'T DESERVE TO BE THERE VERY RACIST PEOPLE!!

We were shopping for a while then we smelled a Smokey smell and well there was smoke and we had to be evacuated by the Brownsville police and fire department.

Alot of good stuff, but for the prices of uses items... I'll just go retail. About the same prices as retail, and the employees look at you as if your stealing if you just look around. Last time I ever come here. I guess if you don't look Mexican, you don't fit in...

Always dirty prices are too high and the manager there he has a bad attitude he's always screaming at his employees the treats them like slaves or like illegal people I don't know why the employees don't put a complaint on him so they can fired him I think that's the reason employees don't lastbtherey cause they always have new employees
