The is the second time I’ve called them, once for my dryer and now for my washer. Victor was awesome. He knows his stuff. He went out of his way on a Saturday at 6:30 pm to fix my broken down washer. Great job. Great service.

Horrible bad customer services.Andres will tell you he can fixed things and the techs will arrived and have no idea. Mario A. Guerrero was very rude and unprofessional.I highly don’t recommend this service.Be careful who you let come in to your house.

Zero Stars. After 2 last minute show ups to fix an oven during family dinners they were asked to schedule an appropriate time with some notice, rather than 15 minutes Warning. They did, then they never showed up. We tried to reschedule. Again, no show. We finally called. Very rude people with no answer as to when they would be able to honor their appointment. A manger hung up on us and then an employee. Sounds like they really don't need any business. Not sure how the guy I talked to became a manager, either. DO NOT USE!!!

I had an experience with one of workers . Vulgar lazy like they didn’t want to work tried to ask me details on fridge practically trying to make me fix it through the phone. Samsung fridge and they were gonna pay but very unprofessional answered the phone hello. Not saying valley wide appliance even if it’s a cell phone that’s a company cell not yours. I’m glad to see all the one stars and that’s cause we have too. I would not even recommend they come into your house .The way this guy was talking , he just sounds like he hate his job. Excellent service, they came to check my Samsung refrigerator at 6pm in Mcallen and the next day Samsung knew about the refrigerator problem. Very professional guys. They also work for Lowes repairs. I highly recommend them. Call them early morning to make an appointment.I will for sure use their business again.Services: Freezer repair

Horrible service and appointment scheduling!Do yourself a favor and call another appliance repair company. I don’t post feedback especially if it is not a positive review… I just needed to with this company. Make the time and do research to find a reputable appliance repair company before committing to this unprofessional company.

Very unprofessional!! Don’t even give you a courtesy call to tell you when they can be expected. Had them out four times. The first time just glanced at the machine and said they had to order the parts. Waited three days then waited all day for them again only to have them come in the late afternoon. The part didn’t fit!! Again another delay. Two days later, waited again all day, arrived almost at 5pm. Put in the part. Guaranteed it would work, we asked him to wait until we verified that it did. He didn’t want to wait saying it was going to work...we’ll it didn’t!! Unreliable... there’s no point calling this company. They are incompetent- they shouldn’t even be in this business.Service: Washing machine repair

Wish I could do negative stars. Had them out in February while my husband was hospitalized to check out a microwave and refrigerator. We were Winter Texans living in a motor home so they required I have microwave removed in advance and freezer in bottom of fridge emptied. They charged $194+ to incorrectly diagnose each item. The primary tech did not speak English and the guy that did was slick. You sensed you were being taken. They told me they would take a charge card so I thought I was safe. When they came out they said no and demanded a check. I was very uncomfortable. Called manufacturers GE and Maytag and was provided proper diagnosis. Bought new GE microwave and Maytag sent parts for refrigerator. Mobile RV repair took care of the rest . Reported to Better Business Bureau. They would not respond to them. Called me once and said they would give my money back; they did not. This outfit is nothing more than a few con men taking advantage of Winter Texans and possibly others.

As per other's reviews, same situation here. If this place goes out of business it will definitely be the girl who answered the phone's fault! Owner of this company beware, she's driving ALL your customers away. Went elsewhere because of her!

Please do not use this repair company and please spread the word. It took 3 weeks to make the appointment. $120 service call for them to come for 3 minutes and tell me exactly what I told them was wrong with my washer. I told them I would pay after the machine was fixed. The technician said that was fine and they would call me within 2 days to schedule the repair. No call and after 2 weeks, I get a email regarding the $120 bill. After explaining the situation, they said they would send me to collections if I didn't pay. Very unprofessional and didn't offer an explanation regarding my STILL BROKEN machine. DO NOT USE!!!!

Worst company ever. Very unprofessional and has no word of honor. I had to wait 3 weeks for my refrigerator to be scheduled to get fixed and they did not show up at the day that they were supposed to come with the parts and fix it. How this company is still being used to cover warranties is beyond my comprehension. This company is bad news.
