Sold me a faulty product and was told i could exchange it over the phone. When I arrived to the store I was told the most they could do was give me a 20% discount on the same product if I purchased another with no exchange.

Overall, I had a decent experience at this vape store. While it may not be the most visually appealing store I've visited, they had the specific product I was looking for. I must say, the Silver back BooBoo juice they offer is truly exceptional and easily stands out as one of the best flavors I've ever encountered. Highly recommended for those seeking a unique vaping experience.

I see people complaining about prices. Its not expensive and if you think so. Maybe you should stick to black and milds. Great store, awesome mods. Prices are fine.

Ruben has the best customer service, I can say I'm a regular he pays attention to what you get. where he can literally recommend flavors. He's never recommended a flavor I haven't liked. Hands done best customer service and best prices in town.
