I was able to attend a day retreat in Palo Duro Canyon. It was so good. Not only was it much needed, it was such a wonderful experience. The focus was on God and our connection to Him. I will for sure start engaging more with Crossties.

I took the Intro to Yoga series with Danna and it was great! She demonstrated a wealth of knowledge and patience with a beginner.
