Absolutely horrible. Took my money and showed me to a horrible dirty afterthought of a room. Tried it a couple times, since I paid for the time, but forfeited the money and moved on. Worst place ever to tan. How they have 5 stars I will never know. Must be familyService: Tanning

I just made my first trip to the Alsace Salon for a haircut. My hair looks amazing. The long layers are perfect. My hair has its bounce back! The Alsace will be my go-to place.

I went into this place today and was greeted by mandie, I noticed right away that she didn't clean up any of the hair in her area from the guys before me. She seemed like she knew what she was doing at first when I told her that I didn't want the back rounded or squared, to just fade it up from 0 at the bottom to a two and short on top.. Once she got to the back she seemed confused and asked if I wanted it round or squared.. I said no, just fade it up.. She said "okay well it's already faded (it wasn't) so do you want it rounded or squared" darn I'm thinking.. She's gonna mess up my hair today. So I said no, neither.. I just want it faded up from a zero.. This went on for a couple of minutes and Maggie the lady who was cutting my dads hair said "I'm glad I didn't get him, you're easy!" to my dad.. Wow, where'd they get there certificates. After slowly breaking it down and talking her through it she finally got the back right but once I got home I realized that the front was cut shorter and kind of spiked up.. Tried to fix it cuz I have a sort of pushed to the side fohawk but the hairs in front are too short so they just stand straight up.. Lame, I'm never going there again.. It's a good thing my hair grows fast!
