This place is the worst. Had a car with a nail that I didn’t catch at car pick up time and 2 days later I had to pay for the repair. And didn’t had the car I had reserved. It’s a NO GO again for me.

Giving 1 star since cannot give a zero. Had a rental set up with Avis. Terms not clearly identified until we arrived. No apologies from representative. Will use Enterprise next time. They are a little more expensive but doesn't try to pull tricks with your hard earned money! And Enterprise people were more customer friendly!

Your staff everywhere, including the Cooperate office, is extremely rude and unprofessional. The CSR hung up the phone on me while I was at the office trying to get my issue resolved. I made a reservation at the Cedar Hill location. 3 hrs before my pick-up time, they call to tell me they don't have the car and to pick up at Dallas Lovefield airport. Inconvenienced and at the last minute I drive out to the airport to pick up the car only for my reservation to increase by almost $50 and everyone claiming there's nothing they can do. While trying to rectify the issue on the phone, your staff kept interrupting the automated system and had it routing me to random call centers. I was told to call 4 different numbers, and no one could honor the price I was given when I reserved. I will be reporting Avis to Lockheed Martin so they can remove y'all as a preferred car rental agency. The worst! DO NOT RENT FROM AVIS or BUDGET!!!

Customer service was awesome, efficient and fast. Rented a Suburban from the Cedar Hill location. The vehicle was new and clean, something I've noticed isn't always the case at other rental places ( the clean part )

Well I got there and they didn't have a car available. My company had set up the reservation but that really didn't make a difference. But NO car although online there was an available car. ??♀️

Pick-up was quick and easy. I always prepay and I am a preferred member. They are a lot more nicer and professional at these locations than the airports. The young lady that assisted me was very polite and friendly. Cedar Hill location.

This facility denied Francisco Melendez a rental car due to him having a Puerto Rico Drivers License. Puerto Ricans are US citizens and the drivers license is valid. This issue recently happened with Hertz and it is all over the news. Train your employees better before this happens to someone else. I rent cars here EVERY WEEK and have done so since 7/2021. And while I usually ignore the lackluster, dismissive, & matter of fact attitude that Bri, who is usually at this location has. Today her lack of regard for customers is beyond belief. I have had enough, I spend my money & my companies money in places were customer service is VALUED. And making customers feel appreciated is REQUIRED.After forgetting items in a car I’d had all last week and returned last night, I arrived at 7:52 this morning. Avis opens at 8 am. Bri came driving in behind me & didn’t open the doors until 8:03. I’m standing at the door at exactly 8am. I waited til 8 am before getting out of my car. She proceeds to walk from window to window opening the blinds as I stand their watching her. And finally around 8:03 is when she gets around to unlock the front door. She unlocked the door & turned & walked away from it. I guess my presence at the time this location is advertised to open inconvenienced her or interfered with her opening procedures. Her very important mini blinds that had to be opened BEFORE opening the door to let a customer in. So I said, as a person who works in sales and understands the importance of CS. I thought I’d share with her & hope the advice would help her in adapting some level of quality CS. I opened the door and entered, I said good morning she said nothing. I said I’ve never had someone unlock their door and turn and walk away while I’m standing there. She smirked and giggled. I said usually if a customer is at the door when it’s unlocked the company representative unlocks it, opens it for the customer, and greets them. *blank stare* her usual look. I wish zero stars were possible & I’ll drive an extra car 10 miles out the way before returning to this location. She’s the only one that still ask me to verify my employment for my corporate rate despite me being their weekly and my company name on the Amex, she still asked me for a business card as proof on one of my previous visits to this location. Oh did I mention I rent from here WEEKLY unless they have 0 cars which has happened a lot. RENTERS BEWARE. If you have reasonable expectations for how you like to be treated as a patron. Avoid this location. If you can’t, then I hope you’re lucky & Vishar (I’m sure I’m spelling it wrong) or the gentleman with black hair is present.
