Rafael helped me, and explained everything in detail! Everyone here is very friendly, the second I walked in I was greeted and attended within 2 minutes! Definitely recommend coming here for your banking needs.

Believe the bad reviews. They are slothful, unprofessional, lazy, and incompetent at this location. They have seating for like 10 plus because they have no intention of becoming more efficient with how they deal with customers. They don’t triage customers so you have to wait just to find out if they even provide certain services. The most irritating bank location and guaranteed to put a damper on your day if you’re not careful. They have such bad attitudes smh.

This is the WORST bank I’ve ever been with. Customer service is straight trash. Greg doesn’t know what he is doing . The tall black guy is messy he talked about me to Donauntrae (whatever his name is the younger black guy) thought I didn’t hear him. I been calling customer service on the phone for over a week still never got through. I closed my accounts at this bank this place is horrible from the Management down . Get it together BOA

Afro-americans please do not go to this BOA they are totally racist & have no respect for Afro African-American. the extent of the lies you received after you see one customer come in after another. However Mexican customers come in they seem to have time to provide them services. I will no longer bank with BOA especially after I was told to go to another business for services.

Surprised this branch is still open. Poor management. Waited 20 minutes in line just for them to tell me they cannot assist me. I'm a banker and I've never seen such poor infrastructure.

Straight up trash, same ATM broken for months and always on a Friday, this location is a poor example of a good bank of America. Their not all like that, just this one.

The absolute worst bank to do business with. You'd think they'd want to keep a multi- million dollar commercial account by providing acceptable levels of customer service (at a minimum). Instead, I am met with overwhelming levels of BS every time I have the misfortune of walking into this place. I'll continue to communicate the many reasons to leave Bank of America to my employer.

On a Saturday morning when they first open up there was one teller and a long line. Then after every one started complaining another teller opened up her line. I will never come back here!

I have been with the same banking system (eventually became BoA) for over 40 years. Crazy. Today I know I am leaving. When I wanted to buy cars, they turned me down despite my excellent credit score. When we came to them to finance our house, they turned us down. That ended up being a good thing because two other lenders offered to finance us (and we got a better rate!). One month every transaction on my account was processed as $25 no matter the actually transaction amount (from $10 to $1500). Crazy. Today I have decided to choose another bank. The final straw is what BoA has put us through just to close my deceased mother's savings account. Every single employee at BoA has told us we need to do something different or we filled out the wrong doc (they sent us those docs) or that the probate court this and that, blah, blah, blah. It is the end of September and they started putting me through this in March of this year. I'm done. I'm gone. I'll take everyone with me that wants some actual customer service (inside the bank) and better service online.

I went in to try to get an issue with my wife's credit card resolved. But instead of a trying to understand my situation the lady I spoke with was sarcastic and would only say I needed to go online or call a number. The reason I was there is that I had already tried to do those things but was unable to. But she never gave me the chance to explain that.

This location has gotten horrible they have 1 person working a line to the door!!! It makes no sense? and of course if my transaction could have been completed at a ATM I would not have waited 25 minutes
