Only bank in my area and the ATM is always broken!! Why do I have to pay a fee to use another ATM because you cannot fix your ATM!

It says they close at 5, but I called 5 times before 4:30 on a Wednesday and my call was never answered.

This is the worst bank in Cedar Hill. I was calling to see if they could produce same day cards, since my current one had expired and no one was answering..I end up having to go up there at 1:00pm on a Friday and lo and behold there were zero customers in the bank. Furthermore, the lady working the counter was just sitting at the front desk, and I’m assuming she was hearing the phone wrong which means she was just ignoring it which is a bigger problem. This is not my first bad customer device experience with this bank this whole team needs a refresher on professionalism and how to treat customers.

i’ve called this location multiple times on multiple occasions. is this a location that prints debit cards? i don’t know why they can’t answer their phones.

No one will answer the phones. I have literally called 8 times and the phone just rings over 3 or 4 min. Not a way to conduct bank business.

I needed dollar coins and even though they were out of stock they ordered some for me and called me when they got it.A very helpful staff.

I opened an account today with Rebecca and it was by far the best banking experience I have had in a long time. I appreciate her kindness and knowledge about what I was needing. Just me opening the door to Regions Bank I was greeted and felt Welcomed! This is a plus for me. I hope to carry my other accounts over to Regions soon!

I am removing all my accounts from this bank they rob you of your money before you bank with them and opt in for overdraft protection UNDERSTAND THIS: WHAT EVER YOU OVERDRAFT BECOMES POSITIVE AND WHAT WAS PURCHASED B4 YOU WENT IN THE NEGATIVE BECAUSE WHAT YOU OVERDRAFT SO THEY STEAL MORE MONEY RIGHT UP UNDER YOU WITH ALL THAT PPL ARE GOING THROUGH THIS BANK IS KING GORGE IN EVERY ROBIN HOOD MOVIE STEALS FROM THE POOR AND CATERS TO THE RICH THANKS TO THIS BANK MY KIDS HAVE NOTHING FOR SCHOOL

Worst branch and banking I havve ever experienced. They are rude, lie and charge you for absoletly everything you can image. Its not the peopes bank but a bank out to make money. You get a charge to withdraw money, late fee, NSF fee, atm fee, drive in the drive through etc. They promised to return calls, payment etc. Its just not worth banking with them

Went in at the advice of customer service from the previous night that assured me the branch would be able to assist me ! I made an appointment online but arrived early when I did the team lead told me he had an appointment which I understand but that appointment was 20-30 mins from the time I arrived but he made it very clear he would rather sit at the desk unattended as opposed to assisting me ! Well after finally assisting me nothing was solved and I'm supposed to hear back from management I will update after....... spoke to branch manager she informed the staff from Saturday were substitutes from another branch that Made me feel a little better about not having that experience repeated BUT SHE ALSO DID NOTHING MORE TO HELP WITH MY ACCOUNT WHAT KIND OF BRANCH MANAGER CANT GET ON THE PHONE WITH THEIR OWN INTER-DEPARTMENTS??
