My bedroom, bathroom and hallway flooded. Aggie land was on top of it and got maintenance out here First thing in the morning. I am beyond appreciative for all the hard work and dedication that has been put in to stripping my floors/walls and getting a good idea of what needs to happen. I’m beyond satisfied, thank you.

don’t rent with this company if you expect a rental property that is well taken care of and renovated. ever since i moved in i noticed that almost everything on the property is old and not renovated. it looks like they didn’t even come in here between tenants. they charged me for a brand new toilet because the lid broke when i was following their instructions on what to do to the toilet before i could make a report and have someone come take a look at it. i don’t mind paying for damages i made but this is hardly my fault when all i wanted was for them to come take a look at it because it was not working properly. in reality i should be paying for a new lid not a new toilet but the toilet is so old that all the parts are discontinued. all of the toilets on this property are very very old & they want me to pay for a new one when the original toilets are barely working. seems unfair when i could just fix it for much cheaper if i hired someone myself. but of course i can’t because they threatened to charge me even more money if i refuse to accept the new toilet they want me to pay for.
