My daughter started at Creme when she was just four months old and is now set to graduate and attend Kinder in the fall. It’s nothing short of bittersweet. Our family has loved our time at Creme! Like many daycares, after the pandemic, Creme saw some turnover but was able to come out the other side with rebuilding and the dedication of leadership.
My daughter always had a special bond with each of her teachers, the chef Maria is phenomenal, and the activities they provide the kids are so so fun. Ms. Michelle and Ms. Lauren have done a fantastic job rounding out the wagon and creating such a lovely environment for the kids to learn, play and grow.

This review is long, but I've been wanting to write it for some time because I want others who may be in the same position as me to be informed about the options in the area, so stick with me!
This daycare has truly been through a transformation. For a while, there were a lot of changes — management turnover, retention challenges, and just general instability. But since the new leadership team took over and had time to settle in, everything has changed for the better.
The level of care is now exceptional. They are incredibly respectful of my needs as a mom and extremely communicative through their app throughout the day, which helps me stay in the loop and feel connected throughout the day and helps me reinforce what they are learning at home.
One of the things that really stands out is the facility — it’s unmatched in the area. They’ve structured it in a way that allows younger kids to move between classrooms, which gives them real-world practice for how things work in school settings. It’s such a smart, experience-based approach to early learning. I feel many daycares stick kids in a single room for an entire day and MAYBE get outside time if the weather is nice. This daycare allows for a classroom setting for Spanish, a gym for gym time, a theater for dramatic play. I have never seen anywhere like it.
The new teachers (and many of the ones that stuck around through the management changes) are phenomenal — truly caring, patient, and clearly passionate about the kids. You can tell they’re not just doing a job; they genuinely love being there.
The new management team has implemented thoughtful changes like healthier meals and snacks and has been consistently proactive in putting out advanced calendars so we can plan ahead for dress-up days and community events.
One last thing I want to touch on is flexibility. Many daycares lock you into a contract of MWF or Tues. Thurs. schedules, or even force you into full time daycare. Creme is flexible with your needs with some advanced notice. This has saved me so many times.
As a mom who deeply wishes I could be home full-time to give my kids the level of care I dream of — this is the next best thing. And honestly, I’m just so grateful and relieved to know my child is being loved, nurtured, and supported at this level when I can’t be there. It truly feels like they’ve not only stabilized — they’ve raised the bar.

I wish I would have wrote this review when I had my son attending here . I hope it’s under new management. Be careful with some employees. When I went to pick up my son one teacher was yelling at her students very bad , no patience. The lady in charge who said she was from Mexico was rude my son was always scared of her . I’ve seen so many videos of children being abused at day cares . I decided to write this review to make parents aware. Over priced for no reason , non patient yelling rude staff . Not all was rude but some were to students . And my child was always scared going here . I regret having my poor baby go to this school with horrible treatment towards some kids . Just be careful when sending your child .

We’ve had our son in attendance since August and have been nothing short of amazed with how well things have gone. Every staff member has been so welcoming and helpful. They make meaningful connections to the families. Our son has enjoyed a rotation of different teachers who move throughout the infant rooms and I love that each has been a positive influence. He loves them all and I appreciate multiple teachers doing this so it isn’t a major issue if someone is absent. The staff is attentive, caring, and our son is safe and happy. The facilities are great, the reporting is helpful, and staff works with the families to meet needs. We are so happy to be at Creme!

Terrible management!!! The current director is terrible! She grabbed my son so hard he started to cry and when I told her I was going to corporate, she lied to them which in turn got my son kicked out. The teachers and staff are all quitting because of this director and the kids are taking the brunt of it. Sad situation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best of the Best.Jennifer, the executive director at Creme de la Creme, is very professional, knowledgeable, but also is clearly happy being around kids. At other daycares we saw staff caring for kids that looked irritated, very stressed, or couldn't handle the work load.I believe the difference at Creme is the right individuals are hired on that have a God given gift for working with kids and then they are supported. They keep us up to date on what is happening and provide a lot of peace of mind.On my daughters first day multiple employees already knew her name. They showed excitement to her that she was there. As she gets older we want her to enjoy her time in daycare and not just learn, but enjoy learning. With Creme we know that will happen and she is well taken care of.

2018 Summer camp has been off the charts!3 fun filled field trips each week, a wide variety of activities, so everyone can have an amazing time! Onsite water park to cool off on the days the kiddos do not go on field trips. The staff is organized and upbeat, hats off to the directors (Jeanette & Jennifer) for running a smooth ship. My 7 yr old son has had a blast and got to experience so many fun adventures this summer while making new friends....which helped with the Mom guilt :)

My about to be 5 year old son literally bounces out of bed in the morning so excited for school @ Crème. It's a great feeling to walk in and know that everyone remembers us and is very kind. He comes home asking questions and excited to tell me what they learned that day. This is the best place to give your child the head start they need when you're a busy working parent.

I couldn't disagree more with the earlier comments. My son is 3 and a half and has been at Creme since he was 18 months old. He is thriving more than I could ever have imagined. The teachers and staff dont look at him just as a student, but they take personal interest in him and his development.Creme is a wonderful place to take your children!

Facility itself is starting to feel dated and a bit dirty. It is overpriced and under qualified and there is a lot of staff turnover. Frequent fund raisers and teacher appreciations, that parents are expected to participate - with those rates they should pay their teachers better and show some true appreciation. They are quite inflexible and in my opinion driven by money alone, they claim academic curriculums, yet there are no educators with degrees and when more money can be had, they put those benefits ahead of the kids and grow the class sizes to state max. Greedy.I am quite happy to have my kids out of there finally. Like others stated, they harvest kids short attention span by frequent changes in this so called academic curriculum.Getting in an out of that place is an accident waiting to happen as well.
