Hard Rock Concrete did a fabulous job remodeling our backyard with a new stamped concrete patio, artificial grass, and gazebo. We were very impressed with the final product, check out our before and after photos! Mark and his crew were always flexible and able to adjust based on anything we requested of them. We highly recommend them for your backyard living / concrete needs.

7 weeks ago I needed a project done and had contractors I thought I could trust come in to do work. Long story short, these other guys UTTERLY destroyed my backyard, all the fencing I had - damaged, broke windows, damaged gutters, gaits, YOU NAME IT. I literally was in a bad place, I had never seen such a mess. I called so many places who would not even touch it, it was so bad. And then I found Hard Rock! I called and talked to Tara who was so pleasant, understanding and made me feel so comfortable. She told Mark (the owner) about my situation and he drove over an hour to get to me right away. Mark and his team have been at my house since that day working so hard! Today is the final day. My yard went from looking like the city dump to a true backyard oasis. This team has done amazing work, and quality work. They have been on time and so reasonable! I am FOREVER great! I already have 3 friends pursuing contracts with Mark because they have seen what he has done for me. Its AMAZING. THIS IS YOUR GUY!Services: Demolition

Hard Rock Concrete did an outstanding job resurfacing our patio and pool deck. Mark and Tracey were awesome in helping us through the process. They did what they the said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it at a fair price. We had our large patio and pool stamped and added extra concrete around the pool. Hard Rock also build a fire ring with platform. He also added French drains to make sure the rain water would drain properly.We are very impressed with the quality and workmanship. Really transformed our backyard area. Hard Rock is a very busy company ,and we where on the waiting list for the job. Well worth the wait ! From the four bids he was the most reasonable , really glad we choose them !!!

We have a patio with some cracking we were concerned about. We wanted to find out what would be needed to repair it for continued use. Based on a recommendation from another professional, we called Hard Rock Concrete. Unlike several other companies we had contacted, they answered the phone in a friendly and professional manner, committed to an appointment, and Mark showed up!He looked at the problem and explained what was happening and why it was happening. He assured us we can continue to use the space as it was intended. He could have "taken us for a ride", doing repairs and collecting money, but he didn't. So, while we cannot attest to the quality of any work done, we can say that he seems to be an honest, stand-up kind of man. Should we need any concrete work done in the future, we know who to call!Thank you, Mark.

We highly recommend you with the highest rating possible. Mark was very professional and used top quality materials. We just had an extended patio and a pergola with an outdoor kitchen, together with a fire pit, concrete overlay , and new fence. And Tracy you were wonderful in answering our questions and working with us. We would definitely use you again.

Tracey was super in quickly producing paperwork, administration and the sales process for us. Mark showed up with his crew and they completed the job with minimal disruption and mess which always goes with work like this. In addition, both of us were actually pleasantly surprised that the work actually exceeded our expectations. It was everything we had envisioned and more. Excellent work !! You can't go wrong working with Hard Rock Concrete.

Called 4 times over a 3 month period and was promised a call back to set up an appointment for a quote on a patio. Even stopped in their office and spoke to their office person and she promised to get someone to setup an appointment. Never once did I receive a return phone call. This is some of the poorest customer service I have ever seen.

Fast, courteous and very professional!!! I called and received the information I needed, scheduled a consultation. Mark arrived on time and offered really great suggestions on the structural and design aspects .... and can match my handmade tiles...both color and shape!!!!

My husband and I interviewed a few contractors to update our patio. Mark was by far the best man for the job! From the beginning he was warm and kind. He had creative insight and took initiative to go the extra mile! Mark and his team were very respectful and a "happy go lucky" group that was always a joy to be around. I found myself finding time in my day to "hang out" in the construction site as the company was great and I was amazed at the progress each time I would return. I truly felt like Mark and his family are some of the most genuine, loyal, hard working and kind people I have ever met and would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to do a patio remodel! We look forward to making memories on our amazing patio for years to come! The final product is more than we could have hoped for and we owe that to Hard Rock Decorative Concrete!
