1st time there. Food was pretty good. Fresh. But a little pricey. Although mine could have fed 2 people so I will order smaller next time. All in all, I will be back.

Went to look at a new laptop and there were it any available. I tried to ask questions to help me order one that dit my needs and I felt like I was pulling teeth so I left.

Install crew was a no show. Total waste of time. Gave up and cancelled the order. My husband bought a really nice set of cameras for my car for my birthday from this store and scheduled installation. We showed up exactly as he booked weeks ago and the email confirmation directed. Nobody ever showed up, and nobody in the store had any idea what was going on. Looking back at all the confirmation emails and texts, this store sent multiple confirmations for the exact time he booked—as close as 2 hours before the scheduled time. But it’s now apparent that it also sent confirmation emails for a totally different time he never would have booked and did not. WTH? For the 20 years we’ve lived in Conroe, this store has always been the weakest link in the Best Buy chain. Only scheduled here bc The Woodlands store didn’t have installations available. Leaving and buying my cameras somewhere else was ultimately a no-brainer. The last thing we’d want now is to have such disorganized people digging around in the electrical system on my car. Highly recommend not wasting your time here.

Best Buy has become an ok electronics store. It was a good place to shop, but customer service and product availability have declined deeply. I wad there to pick up my new GS 24 ultra, which I bought through the Samsung website. Best Buy directions prompted me to proceed to the cell phone area. An associate there, who did not look up once to acknowledge me, forced me to find help from another department. As a customer who spends thousands of dollars in that store, I expect to be acknowledged. A simple "be with you in a minute" would suffice. I should not have to beg for service.

Closed 10 minutes early despite me calling and letting them know I was coming from a long ways away for a store pickup. What an embarrassment for o the Best Buy franchise.
