I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Cowboy Kia. I'd give 6 stars if they let me. From the moment I showed interest in one of their vehicles, I was able to fill out an online form. I kid you not, less than 5 minutes later I received a call from Lexie inviting me to come to look at the car. I was greeted by Emil and Skylar who went the extra mile in answering my questions and walking me through the process. They were able to ease me with their answers and lifted weight off of my shoulders with my concerns. To cap things off, Tim stayed late to finalize the deal. All mentioned stayed after hours for the experience and I cannot thank them enough for their valuable time and generosity they showed me.

I could not get an appointment to get my car serviced where I live for at least a month for scheduled maintenance. Was able to book while visiting family in the area with no problem. Wonderful staff. Everyone was kind and cordial. If I need a service appointment I would time it to come back to Cowboy Kia rather than deal with my local dealerships service department.

Great experience with Eric Cruz and Skyler King @Cowboy Kia. My wife and I had a bumpy start with our purchase, but these 2 guys stepped up and went above and beyond! Found the perfect car, and these guys made the process smooth and pain-free. It's probably the best experience purchasing a vehicle I have ever had. Highly recommend you give these guys a chance to earn your business!

Awesome experience! Kyle was great from beginning to end. We were nervous about buying a new car and he really put us at ease and we ended up having fun. He also helped us get the car we loved to fit in our budget. Tim made the paperwork process fast and painless. Max was great about showing us all the features! Overall a great time with very personable staff.

While, I was not ready to purchase a new car. This thing call life hit me with a curb ball. After researching and shopping several dealerships COWBOY KIA GOT MY DEAL. With me knowing what I wanted from the began it was a smooth transition. The young gentleman by the name KYLE BARNES was such a wonderful salesman. There was not pressure but being up front and honest made it so much more easier. I met most of the team throughout this transition that made me comfortable as well. Great job guys. So if you are looking to purchase a new or use vehicle stop by COWBOY KIA and ask for Kyle and tell him Jackie send you. Enjoy your new ride!!!!

Avoid Cowboy Kia if at all possible. I bought a new Kia Sorento July 20th, 2023 and have had the vehicle for a total of 1 month. I say that because the entire time I’ve owned the vehicle it has been in the shop. So let me start from the beginning. My wife had the car for about 2 weeks. She just hit somewhere around 600 miles on the vehicle. All of the sudden all the gages stopped working and every light turned on. For ex. The check engine light, tire pressure ect…. So the next day we brought it to service assuming my wife would get some kind of loaner car or something. But instead she was told that Kia doesn’t offer a loaner program. This came from the service department and was a blatant lie. 2 weeks after bringing the car into the dealership I called them to get an update and their own answering machine says they do a loaners for 360 inspections. But according to the service department there’s are no loaner programs right? So how would that be possible. We finally got a loaner after two weeks, the loaner vehicle was a Toyota rav4. Nothing was wrong with it, that was fine. But I had that vehicle for 90 days! I didn’t see the Kia again until about 2 1/2 weeks ago. We finally got it back. But now the issue is happening again and nothing on the dash works. So I’m going to have to take my brand new car back to the dealership again. But wait there’s more. Kia America has already offered a buy back option for me. But that buy back option doesn’t even pay what I owe on the vehicle!! I would owe 4000 dollars for a vehicle I haven’t even had!! Oh also I read a review saying their “detailing service” is bad. That’s 100% true. When I got the car back there was paint everywhere in the car and in reeked of paint and cigarettes. I don’t smoke. Nor do I paint ever. They didn’t even bother cleaning the car. It didn’t even look like the rinsed it off for me. Also saw someone talk about the packages that are forced on to you by the dealership just so they can run up the price as much as possible. That is also true. They did the same thing to me. They also lied about the APR when I asked to know what it was. He told me they didn’t have the APR yet every time I asked about it. We made it all the way to finance when we finally found out what the APR was. The employee has since then been fired but I figured that’s some important info for y’all reading this review. Just so y’all can see the issue as well I’m gonna go ahead and drop some photos here. I also have a video of their answering machine saying they do loaners and detail cars after 360 inspections. But I can’t attach it here.

Cowboy Kia and their service department needs a refresher on what customer service is.To begin, I purchased a New 2023 Kia Sorento S on July 20th. I had the vehicle for a total of 2 weeks before my first issue arose. August 4th, my vehicles dashboard no longer displayed Speed, RPM, and every check system light was on while driving. I contacted Kia Service and was informed I could not be seen until the following Monday 08/07. (Brought my vehicle in clean and with half a tank) After over a week of the vehicle being in shop I had not received an update. I called to ask about a loaner vehicle and was told by the receptionist they do not offer loaners at this dealership. On their answering system it clearly stated they offer loaner vehicles for 360 inspections which my vehicle qualified for. My husband and I went in person to speak to service and were told we could not get a loaner because the vehicle was still “drivable”. Yes, the car moves but how I can possibly drive a vehicle safely on the road under those conditions (no speed, no RPM, and all system(s) lights on). We then received a loaner while we waited for service to complete any work that was needed on our Kia. Minimum to no updates were given unless I called. Service replaced the same part TWICE to fix the issue. After those failed attempts, they proceed to inform me they do not know what is wrong and have ordered a different part. Went in person for an update and was told they needed to order a part. Confused because didn’t they already order it? A week later received a call that the part was back ordered. From 08/07 - 11/01 I was without my Kia Sorento. (3 months)11/01-Kia service called to say my Kia was fixed and ready for pick up. Upon pick up my Kia Sorento smelled of paint and cigarettes inside (Neither I or my husband smoke cigarettes). The car had paint splatter all in the car interior and was not detailed for pick up. My gas tank was now at less than a quarter tank. I brought the issues up and was told if I wanted the vehicle to be detail I would have to return and leave the car tomorrow.11/18- The same issue that was “fixed” happened again. Started my vehicle and no RPM, no speed displayed, and all system lights are on. Now I will have to bring my “fixed” vehicle back into Cowboy Kia Service and see what this problem is and if I can get a loaner again.I would like to add I have been in contact with Kia America. My vehicle has been deemed a lemon due to its service history. I have received 2 very unsatisfactory offers from Kia America for a buy back or settlement. The buy back would leave me $4000+ upside down and the settlement is $8000 for me to keep a vehicle that has a recurring service issue (a lemon). This vehicle has been in my possession for a grand total of a month. Cowboy Kia has had my car longer than I have. Yet somehow I would owe Kia American money after a buyback offer for a defective car they sold me?

The sales experience was good. Tommy was fine and very helpful. The issue came in finance. In dealing with the finance manager he was told we were not interested in any of the offered products. When he continued to press, my wife very bluntly told him we would not be purchasing anything. He was obviously ticked off by the fact that he could not get us to even listen to the sales talk about how great all of the products were. I understand that selling these products is expected and a part of his job, but once we said we were not interested he should have dropped it. After we returned home, my wife told me that he approached her as she was leaving and compared her to his, in his words, "crazy ex-wife" who he had to take the kids from. This was completely disrespectful of my wife and totally uncalled for. I can't control how he talks with his coworkers, but I really do not appreciate the snide, disrespectful comments to my wife. My wife contacted our sales rep today and is awaiting a call back. I don't expect any other action on the part of the dealership at this point.

I had a great experience at Cowboy Kia, from the first day looking at the Sorento to purchasing one a week later. Unlike most dealerships, there is not an added pressure to buy a car the moment you walk in to look. The salesman are very professional and helpful. I felt very cared for at this dealership and would recommend them to anyone else! I was helped by Max and Tim, who were both very mindful of my time, and my wants regarding the car of my choice.

They're honest, I'll give them that. They make it quite clear they're not hear to haggle because they know the cars will sell to someone else at the price they have. That being said, I told them what I wanted in a car and they found one for me at a fair price. They made the best deal they could given my challenging situation and I am grateful for that.Their detailing leaves a bit to be desired but this review is for the salesman and Alejandro helped me out. I'll see y'all again in a few years.

I have had the worst possible experience with cowboy kia. I am so disappointed in how they turned out, this is my 2nd vehicle purchase from here and after this experience I will never again go back to this dealership. September 9th 2023 my fiancée and I went in to buy the 23 kia Sorento we get the vehicle and 4 days later my sunroof randomly bust with my newborn in the vehicle. Immediately I take my car right back to kia thinking they would fix it under warranty since clearly it was a faulty window or something and they denied to fix it and proceeded to tell us it was a $4,800 fix after we just put $5,000 down on the vehicle 4 days prior. Thats almost $10,000 before we even paid the first note. Kia then proceeded to tell us that it was an “external break” when I was right there when it happened not to mention it stays parked under a carport. They send in a request for the manufacture to fix it and of course it gets denied. Kia says they’ve never heard of this happening before. Kia then offers to discount the window down to $1,000. Cool that’s what we would’ve paid to go through insurance. Had of something really fell through the window, I wouldn’t have minded putting it on my insurance. They keep my car for 2 weeks. I ask them when I dropped it off if they would clean the glass out because I have a newborn baby that has to ride in the car. They said yes it would all be taken care of upon pickup. That was a straight lie. They have the worse detailing service I have ever seen in my life. I had glass all on the top of my car, down by my windshield, all in my seats and under my seats. My fiancée tried cleaning most of it out and ended up getting glass stuck in his finger, and tape residue all on the top of my car. last week we called about our plates and to say something about the tape residue, we where told that when I picked up plates up they would detail my car for free to clean up the mess they were originally supposed to clean. I get there to pick up my car and they literally sprayed it with water and put tire shine on the wheels. My car still has tape residue on it, nothing on the inside or outside was cleaned. On top of all of that, my sunroof wasn’t even installed correctly. My best advice is to please go somewhere else to save yourself the stress and hassle from a dealership who doesn’t care about customer service. Here’s the review y’all (cowboy kia) have been asking for.

Recently visited Cowboy Kia with the intention of purchasing a new vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Al Prisco. He went above and beyond in regards to answering all of my questions and providing me with the necessary information to make an educated decision that I felt very comfortable with. Very transparent with pricing. We were able to establish a business relationship and I went forward with my purchase. Now I am the proud owner of a 2024 Kia Telluride. I would definitely recommend anyone that needs to sell or buy a vehicle to request to work with Al. Thanks everyone!
