I made an appointment after I explained what I needed for my car (labor time was to be 2 hours). I got there at my appointment time (a Monday) after my search for someone to help me, I was informed my car wouldn’t even be looked at until “Thursday or Friday”. Wait what? But I made an appointment! Apparently the “appointment” I made was for the service department and not the mechanic. Seriously? Is this not one and the same?? I said I needed my car for work that’s why I made the appointment to get fixed that day. His response… a shrug and “well, sorry”Absolutely ridiculous! This was my first and absolute last visit to this disorganized business. I honestly don’t see how they have any customers in the service department. Awful. I’d give negative stars if I could.

I previously wrote a review about the damage that was done to my vehicle by the service dept and it’s nowhere to be found on here.I came in for routine oil change and get new tires. My wheels were badly damaged by service technician because they put the wrong size tires on first and he took his anger out on my vehicle and so they had to be sent off to be fixed.The service manager assured me that after they were fixed I wouldn’t have to deal with any future issues like paint peeling or anything like that. I agreed with him that as long as I didn’t have to deal with those issues I’m OK with them trying to fix the wheels instead replacing them.But now here we are two months later and every single one of my wheels has visible paint peeling away.I honestly feel now that they just told me that to get me to change my bad reviews that I had made before because of the issue.I would just like to say the only reason that I even agreed to go through with that whole process is because of Miss Donna she is the only credible person working there in my opinion and she is also the only reason I’m not giving one star.I will personally tell anybody I know to avoid Demontrond because of this issueBe honest with your customers ??

Just another auto dealer......We were told a 2022 Ram 1500 we wanted could not be ordered with the ecodiesel engine (even though we were able to 'build' one at the Ram website). We settled to order one with the V-8 gasoline and had to put down 1000.00 to order. A month later still scratching my head about the ecodiesel, decided to do some interweb scrubbing. Found almost an exact match to what we wanted (about the only thing it didnt have was the extended bed) at Autonation for 10000.00 less than what we were going to pay at Demontrond. Asked about getting our 1000 bucks back (since we bought the truck we really wanted....the ecodiesel). was told nope as the truck we ordered is still on order. Well, just checked tonight......we ordered July 10, the truck still shows online as 'order confirmed'. I have no doubt they were able to shut down our order and just keep our 1000 bucks. Oh well, we were still 9k ahead with the truck we wanted (and knew we could get). Lesson for others......build the vehicle y0ou want at the Dodge/Ram website and if they tell you something cannot be ordered, call them out.

Buying a new vehicle is not a fun experience when you can't sit in or test drive a vehicle on the lot, but they made it as painless as possible. Although some manufacturer options were not available I ended up with a truck that I'm happy with. The salesman David G. was very friendly and worked with me via text, email, and phone calls to discuss options and pricing and to order the vehicle. The dealership did a good job and I will consider them again for my next vehicle. The Ram build status tracking site is basically useless, as you don't see any change for 3 months and the delivery date is TBD until the week it's completed and shipped. I know it's an estimated guess but they could at least get it down the a 1 or 2 week delivery date estimate.

Last minute oil change because my regular dealership couldn't do it without an appointment. DeMontrond will be my new go to dealership from now on, Auto Nation has just become very non-customer friendly. Everyone at DeMontrond was super nice and accommodating. Great first impression.

Bad experience from the start. Rick service adviser tried to up sell me on oil change and said he didn't accept a coupon I received from Demontrond. After a back and forth with Rick he continued to argue this coupon was no good, he tried everything to tell me it was not a valid coupon Demontrond participated in. When I pointed out that it came from Demontrond he quickly shut down. I explained to Rick that when I take my Chevrolet 1500 to the dealership, their every day express oil change for 75.00 includes a tire rotation and I did not need a coupon. He comment was, Well good for Chev. Insinuating I should probably own more Chevy's. I gave them a 2 star only because at first he said it would take 2.5 hrs but I think he started to worry about the survey dodge will send and got my vehicle back in about 30 minutes.

Just purchased a vehicle from Neil and the team last weekend. They were our 3rd stop of the day, the most friendly and less pressuring of each dealership we went in. They were an easy choice to do business with. Look forward to doing business with them again. -Garet and Mallory

Terrible customer service after the sale is done. No one returns phone calls, have to go to the dealership in person anytime we need to speak with someone which is ridiculous, then when arriving to speak with someone, it can be over an hour just to ask a question. Customer service after the sale is definitely not a priority (Specifically Finance department)

Great service team. Prices are fair overall, for the level of service received.They do need to add a trash can to the waiting room though, could not clean up after myself.
