I drove to Demontrond with my daughter who was shopping for a new Dodge RAM truck. We met our salesman, Mr. Glenn, who walked us through the selection process explaining all options. He coordinated everything with the service department, the finance dept., the appraisal dept., etc. Bottom Line, she got the exact car she wanted, at a lower price than anticipated, she got additional accessories, and extended warranty. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER..!!!

Took my car for an oil change. I decided to leave the car there so I didn’t have to wait and lady told me they couldn’t call me when It was ready because they were “busy”. So I go after 2 hrs and it took them 30 minutes to find my car to get to me. They couldn’t find it the lady said. They are unprofessional and unorganized. The guy that brought car out even said this location was unorganized.

This is our second five star review for Demondtrond. We had a serious issue with our vehicle at no fault of the dealership but they handled the situation with great customer service and ensured that the vehicle was serviced and safe before we got it back. Gerald was amazing to work with and made this difficult time much more manageable. If you are looking to buy a vehicle and get amazing customer service the life of the vehicle Demondtrond is the place to go! This process made us customers for life!

Was told just to bring my vehicle in anytime for an oil change "no appointment nessecary", when I got there, I was asked if I had made an appointment... and she said it would have been better if I did. Nothing was available unless I wanted to wait 2 hours. Absolutely a waste of my time, and could have been handled when I called this morning.

After going to separate dealerships I finally found a truck I like this location Alexis was a big help in me purchasing my 2018 Nissan titan I will definitely do business with them again in the future

Had a very good experience with my service rep. The parts were the hold up, the fault was with the poor phone line availability @ the extended warranty service dept. They are not answering their phone for 30-45 mins. at a time, that's not good. Vehicle is working just fine for now.

Service department manager is extremely customer oriented. And Mr, Jim is my go to service writer. He'll take care of you and get you back on the road hassle free. Great man to trust in for all your service and vehicle maintenance needs. Highly recommend.

Well, I thought they did a good job, but after bringing my car to Firestone I found out different. I noticed when I picked up my car from DeMontrond that when I locked it one of the front lights didn't light up, but thought maybe it's was good. Well it was out and not changed when my car's front end damage was repaired, and my front light coverings are loose, my bushings were not replaced, so after waiting a month and 2 weeks on my car to be repaired I find out when getting new tires that actually they didn't repair everything they claimed to have repaired and did sub-par repair work on my front end. So, I wish I would have taken my car to Spring AutoNation where I bought her. Thanks for ripping me off DeMontrond, and karma is going to get you.

Update to my previous review on Demontrond When I came in to get my tires fixed my wheels were damaged by a technician pretty bad but Miss Donna and Mr. Sean Harrell did everything they could to make sure that my vehicle was fixed and in a timely manner I am very happy with the work that was done and very appreciative for the service that the service department has supplied I will be returning to Demontrond knowing that even when people make mistakes they will be quick to make it right here. Thank you Miss Donna & Sean

Very disappointed. Bought a vehicle specifically from this dealer for the warranty they offered. So for nothing has been covered under the warranty and most recently coverage was declined due to improper service intervals though ALL service was performed at this dealer and well within the manufacturers recommended intervals. The vehicle has been there for three weeks now and I believe that the extent of the the diagnostics performed are plugging it in to the scan tool and reading the codes. Additionally, in 2019 a safety recall for the fuel pump relay was issued and despite the vehicle being taken to the dealership multiple times for service the recall has not been addressed. Phone calls are not returned promptly.
