Firstly, I came to here with P0304, Cylinder 4 is misfire. Based on the theory, they replaced coil of cylinder 4, 4 spark plugs of 4 cylinders, and clean fuel system. I paid 605.91$ include tax. After the first week using, My car was gotten engine light on, I came another shop check and same error, P0304. I am so impressed with the customer service I received today. My brakes have been making a horrible noise when stopping for months now, but I put off doing anything about it because of my tight schedule. I came in today around 4 pm and was surprised to be told that I would be able to be served today. The rep who helped me also took the time to teach me what roters look like and what they do. My brakes were completely redone with new parts in such a short amount of time. The waiting area was clean and one of my favorite shows played on a TV on the wall. I was treated respectfully and not scolded for the bad condition my brakes were in, which I appreciated. The price was fair and the process was smooth. Thank you! I would definitely recommend this shop and will likely return if I need tires in the future. It meant a lot to me to be cared for in this way and it made me feel safe. Driving home was a breeze and the horrible noise is completely gone now. I appreciate it ?

They let me sleep. I was exhausted when I brought my jeep in and had fallen asleep while waiting. Being thoughtful, they allowed me to sleep a bit so I was better rested for driving. Thanks guys.

My 9 months pregnant friend stopped here for an oil change and politely asked the service man who identified himself as the owner to run the code as an unidentifiable hazard light was on. He was very condescending as he flippantly disregarded her stating he will only run it if she will have the repairs done OR else he will run it giving her the code only without the explanation. She informed him that she has a warranty but was lacking time due to work; he did not budge.Luckily, the technician who serviced her vehicle disregarded the rudeness of the manager and provided the code. Our experience left the impression of a greedy misogynistic leadership style fostering to treatment of customers as dollar signs instead of human beings. We will not be back.

A month ago I brought in my truck because I had a nail in my tire. After four hours of waiting I was told my truck was finished and ready to go. The next three weeks I have continually had to put air in the same tire. I eventually took it to discount tire and there was never a repair done. I have done business with fire stone for the last four years and never thought something like this would happen. I will never be back.

I scheduled an appointment online a day prior and got my confirmation email. Hilariously, at the bottom, it has their "triple promise", fixed right, right price and right on time. Ya right! I showed up for my appointment and am told they went be able to get to me till 6 o'clock. My appointment was for 3. Employee goes on to tell me they had someone call out sick and their alignment rack was having issues half the day. I asked if they had my phone number and he confirmed they did but told me they wouldn't call because they wouldn't have know till 2 o'clock.I understand being short staffed and equipment messing up. What I don't understand is wasting my time and gas because you can't give me a phone call to see if I have 4 extra hours to waste sitting in the store. I'll go to somewhere else from now on.

They changed the wrong tire! I had a leak in a tire that I had most recently purchased from firestone. I specifically told them which tire had a leak and told them I have to drive 90 highway miles after getting this fixed so please make sure you change the correct tire. They said it was a bad stem valve.Behold... 90 miles later I had the same leak but now my so called new tire was almost flat.Again?! Nope! They changed the wrong tire! Thanks for making me feel safe. Thats a joke!!! So I spent a few hours waiting for them to change the wrong tire?! They replaced a brand new tire with a brand new tire and left the bad tire on! Wow!!!!!

So much unnecessary confusion. I made an appointment for 10am. I showed up at 9:30, and an older gentleman said “I was going call you, we don’t have your tire size in stock”. I question why he did not call me since the had been open for 2 hrs, he said, “I called some people”. I ask him to call the Woodlands location. He did, said they have my size, and I left. After waiting and not being helped at The Woodlands location (see my review for their location for details), I came back to see if they could order me a tire and have it ready the next day. A different gentleman helped me, and said they had a tire that fit my vehicle! WHAT?!?!? Seriously?? I agreed to get it so I would not have to come back (for a 4th visit in 2 days)...They did not even attempt to hurry, taking 56 minutes to change 1 tire. In addition , they could not find my online account. Just, confusion.
