They aren't thorough. I came in for a diagnostic because I was getting an intermittent check engine light and my push to start button would sometimes blink orange. The technician, I think his name was Spencer came back and told me the issue was the battery. Now, while I will admit that the cold crank amps were low, the battery itself was outputting 12.4v and generally the car was starting without an issue. When I asked "what about the error codes I was receiving?" I was quickly dismissed with a "When the battery is bad it throws out all types of error codes".I'm disappointed because even after replacing the battery with one with higher CCA, I'm still getting an intermittent check engine light with the same error codes (see attachment) I reported to the staff before. P0421 Code: Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1).I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone, from the other reviews I've read here it doesn't sound like they know what they are doing, even with lug nut torque...

Heather in the parts department was a great help. She was courteous, knowledgeable ,efficient and personable . I appreciate it when a business has someone like her in a customer service position. It definitely helps make any transaction a pleasure.

Sad to admit, but I purchase cars regularly and did so again about a month ago from Philip Brown at Gullo Mazda. I found Philip to be very professional and courteous. There was an initial issue with one of the service advisors, but Philip and Sergio, the sales manager, were able to take care of the problem with class. I highly recommend Philip for your new/pre-owned vehicle needs. I have been in the car business for several years myself. I don’t mind a salesperson marking a little money off of me when I am treated well. Thanks, Brian W.

I originally thought I had found a good place for maintenance after I had fuses and cracked taillight assembly replaced. Fast forward to routine $80 oil change and free tire rotation. Suddenly my front wheels are pulling to the right. Paid the $144 for alignment and now the car vibrates terribly at a high rate of speed. Per service manager, I need new tires. Mind you, the ride was very smooth before tire rotation. So my hubby had a local tire shop to spin balance the 2 front tires and found that the balance weights had been removed. I suspect the tow was also adjusted during the rotation as these same tires never had an issue with alignment until rotated by Gullo Mazda of Conroe. Going back across town to my longtime Toyota specialist. Beware.

Bought a car a month ago. Just spent over 500 on new alternator, no oil in car. Lug nuts are stripped tire is loose. Bought this for my daughter. Thank God it broke down on me not her. 14,000 loan. This place is a joke. Don't buy a car from here. The cars speakers were busted he wouldn't even fix that. Horrible place. Sales agent was taking care of 4 customers had to sit for hrs. No customer service. Seriously should of never let that car off lot. Isn't that why you have a repair shop to make sure your vehicles are good to drive! My daughter could have lost a tire, got in accident. Will never go back.

A 13 year relationship has ended between myself and Gullo Mazda. If you lie to me, I am done. First I want to say there is no problem with the sales department, I bought my last vehicle from Debbie and she was great. The problem is with the service department. I took my vehicle in to get my oil changed and the free tire rotation done. I had heard some people will mark a tire with a metallic marker to be sure that their tires are actually getting rotated because they are being lied to. So, on the morning I took my car. I marked my front left tire. The service manager came and told me everything’s been done. Your tires have been rotated And I even spent an extra $200 to get my brake system flushed. WAS THAT EVEN DONE?!? Well, I drove over to the parking area at the dealership, got out and checked my left front tire, guess what? The tires had not been rotated. So I drove it back around and went to the service department and told Warren, the tires were not rotated. He apologized and the job got done. He apologized a couple of more times when my car was brought back to me and he said “I just don’t understand. I don’t know why it wasn’t done.” Well, guess what, I doubt y’all ever rotate tires like you say you will. I won’t go to a dealership after I’ve been lied to ever again. You don’t appreciate me as a customer after 13 years, I am done. And by the way, he didn’t offer me a discount coupon for next time, there will be no next time, he could’ve offered me a tank of gas, but nothing other than a week. little apology.

Debbie helped me out with the process of getting a new car and was super helpful with purchasing my 2021 Mazda CX-5! She very patient every step of the way and loved her charisma and services she had to offer! She passed me along to Adam in the financing department and also amazing with every detail he explained from services, to the best warranties selections and the best offer for me personally on my car! Loved their teamwork and what Gullo Mazda had to offer for me and the next couple years to come! Thank you guys!

Went in Gullo Mazda of Conroe just to look around the units my wife and I wanted. We met Debbie in there and she was so nice and accommodating to us she allowed me to test drive two units that we liked. After the test drive we like one of the units available, she gave us such a great deal we had to take the offer. Transaction was smooth and fast. Would recommend Debbie highly.

Debbie is the best! She helped my son buy his first car. She did not push the car on him. She was very honest. Finance dept was so smooth and easy. Mazda of Conroe was the best customer service I have ever experienced!
