Review everything you're thinking about buying before going as there's no data connection in the store, and their wifi blocks reviews! Shopping here will save tons of money over the big box stores. Wish I'd bought my large tool box here!

Great experience. Cashier Michelle is amazing! Sweet, knowledgeable, and is a wonderful employee you guys are so lucky to have. She helped us on the phone, and then again in person in the store.

Went to buy a 3/4 stainless steel utility pump that had a price on the shelf for 169.99. It rang up at the register for 189.99. I questioned the price so the sales clerk from the register went to the aisle where the utility pump was located and removed the shelf tags. She then went to the manager who would not honor the price as listed. Needless to say I told them to refund the price of the pump. This isn't the first time this store had wrong prices listed for an item. This is false advertising and trickery. You think you are getting a fair deal only to find out they are placing the wrong price on the shelf where the item is located. Be careful what you buy from this store and check the price at the register.

IS BAD! Harbor Freight and their SLEAZY Business Practices I was one of the unfortunate chumps that purchased a high dollar item, a Predator 9000 Generator from this lying crooks at Harbor Freight! RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased from Harbor Freight Tools, you may return the product within 90 days for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. The limited warranty term is 90-days beginning on the date of purchase or order. You must provide a copy of your packing slip or order with the item listed. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. The unit I purchased from them was returned because it was "MISSING" the negative power cord for the battery. I called the "CURT" customer service and ultimately told the unit was sold without the cord, however after he read the "Owners Manual" he recanted that absurd statement. I that point I was sure purchasing this item from Harbor Freight was a mistake and decided to take advantage of the full refund, but then I learned of the Harbor Freight "SCAM" RE-STOCKING FEES A 20% re-stocking fee may apply to an item being returned. Items with a 20% re-stocking fee are subject to change at any time. See an associate for details or call Customer Service at 1-800-444-3353. "may apply" means always under all circumstances! I was charged a "RE-STOCKING FEES" $176.00 for returning a "DEFECTIVE" generator because I opened the box, of course I opened the box, if not how would I know the the generator was "DEFECTIVE". However, what really bothered me, and the real reason I wanted a refund is because of the "CUSTOMER SERVICE", and the total lack of knowledge about the product line, and further, leaving me on "HOLD" for some 30 to 40 minutes! It was at that point I'd lost what little trust in the product or the company, Harbor Freight" that I had. Be warned, spend your money somewhere else that doesn't have duplicitously "SLEAZY" business practices like Harbor Freight. Either a company stands behind there products, or they don't! This incident should tell anyone concerned, be forewarned that the "Predator Generator Brand" should be suspect and is not to be trusted! Missing the "Negative Battery Cable" shear incompetence!

The store was nice and clean. The staff was polite and professional. The stock levels were very low with no real selection. To shop from. If I found the tool I was looking for it was I tool that one not the one of the size or style I chose.

Shouldn't have to join club for items. Drill 24.99 if you was in club 19.99. Screw that order on Amazon or Walmart for 19.95. Same cheap drill throw away kind . Just what I did . I also told Amazon and got free light. With 2 batteries .

Usually enjoy my visits here. However today I did not and the old cashier with the missing tooth and the speech impediment is a B. She asked me for my number I gave it to her but told her I do not have a membership. I do not come in so often I see no point. She got really snotty, snarky and sarcastic when I told her I did not have a membership. I will go to Lowes for now on. I do a lot of carpentry but today I needed a new paint brush. I will simply buy them there for now on. Thanks Harbor Freight, at least I will save gas money.
