I want to recognize Jerome who works outside in the front helping load and retrieve baskets. A couple of weeks ago I purchase 6 patio chairs. Jerome stepped up immediately to help me load. They didn’t fit right in truck bed and he volunteered to get in bed and help arrange them. As I’m 65 and not limber, I gladly accepted his offer. He also found a rope in back and tied them down for me. Fast forward to tonight and we purchased 2 too many chairs. As I drove into the parking lot with them in bed of truck, he spotted me and went to get a push cart to help. He unloaded them for me and took them into customer service to help me get a refund. This is a polite classy kind helpful young man who needs to be recognized for his kindness and good attitude towards your customers. He also remembered me from the previous time 2 weeks ago when I purchased the 6.

Was there to buy several power tools. Was looking at around $1250 before batteries and chargers. I say "was" because nobody was actually interested in selling anything. Asked 3 different people for keys to the locked displays. They all had to find someone with the key. After 30 minutes, I gave up. I'll order online off Amazon. At least then I won't waste time with people who aren't interested in giving you five minutes if you aren't at the pro desk.

We ordered a shower door. My husband got an email saying it was delivered to the store l, he waited 24 hrs then went to go get it. He got to the store to have the manager argue with him saying it has not been delivered. The customer service lady was nice and called corporate they even said it was delivered. Manager says it has not been received by the store because it is not in the store. So we are guessing it is sitting inside of one of many trucks sitting out side that they say only the night receiving people are allowed to unload. Noone from receiving will be working to iggt due to tomorrow being Sunday but apparently they don't work on Friday nights either. BTW it was suppose to be available for pick up 2 days ago. Still no door.

Horrible, Horrible customer service! It just gets worst and worst every day. Nobody that works there knows anything about their job. You can NEVER get help from any of those guys. They all act like ignorants, and they just disappear from your sight. Manager is never available. I believe we all just need to look for other options, period. I prefer to do that, than to continue dealing with Home Depot personnel.??

I got to use my military discount today. "Ooo-rah!"Got so wrapped up in that I forgot to use a gift card I received for some occasion.It would be better if those employees that leave the rolling ladders or lift baskets would pay attention to not block an aisle when they park them.Home Depot is getting cluttered.

At this location, 1 out of three are good customer service employees, or so it seems. Watching my Father be scoffed at due to a language barrier is unprofessional and unappealing. Not to mention this employees inability to stop walking away from us when we are obviously attempting to ask a question. We just seemed like an afterthought, an annoying splinter in this precious man's day. Found what we needed though, so we appreciate that. I'm sure most of those who work here are great. But that was my experience ✌?

Horrible management. I watched a manager threaten a cart boy with his job over a $3 tip i had given him. It made me sick to my stomach. Yall know its illegal to take an employees tips right?

This Home Depot location is usually easy to get around and has product in stock more times than not. A few interactions we've had with associates there have been pleasant.

Takes a lot for me to do this but this is one of those situations that just doesn't make me feel very warm n fuzzy. I'm remolding our home here in Conroe and have spent about 25-26 grand at Home Depot in the last 5 months. Not trying to gloat but it's adding up quick. Not on a pro account, haven't returned anything but the wrong light bulbs so far. Well we finished the exterior and had about 25 sheets left of 20' hardy board worth about 1000 dollars. This is something that is worth driving it back to Home Depot, unloading it, positioning it on the aisle as instructed by customer service and then being told by a manager that we don't accept returns and won't give anything more than store credit over 100 dollars(meanwhile they accepted the 2x4s bought the same day). Wasn't asking for cash or even a refund, I was literally loading up with drainage to redo my backyard. Got told sorry this is company policy. Doesn't seem right. Hoping for better service at Lowe's for my master bathroom remodel. Hope this helps steer someone in the right direction.

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out Mr. Tom in Appliances he was very very helpful when my stepmom and I went in to look for a fridge for one of her rent homes. His customer service was top notch and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Associates and employees like Mr. Tom make you want to come back! He was very sweet, attentive and friendly. We’ll for sure be stopping by soon to purchase some more appliances. Thank you Home Depot for hiring employees like Tom he made our experience at Home Depot very pleasant. Happy Holidays & Stay blessed!

Good managers make good stores. No one in tools and over saturated anti theft devices create less sales. I was trying to buy a 12" miter saw, but couldn't get a fine blade because their locked up. So I walked out with purchasing what I could access as normal now. How about a will call desk dedicated to tools to prevent theft and increase sales. Most of us professional will spend thousands on tools to make our job easier, but if we can't easily or quickly purchase we will make do with what we have. I guess I can thank Home Depot for pushing me to go to harbor or used rout for tools.

I ordered a ladder online at this Home Depot. I have been to many of their stores and they usually have a good set up but I was impressed with this location since before I walked in. My online order was simple. The communication of the process of my order was informative. I drove up to the location and This place was very organized even on the outside. Home depot are always busy and the flow of traffic was organized and the materials were neat. I walked inside and I was impressed with how clean, organized and How nice the store was. Usually you can't find help in most stores here at every turn was an employee ready to help. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and also as I was walking out. My order was a curbside order and the lady quickly came out to make sure my order was correct before she delivered it. After confirming she went back into the store and within a couple of minutes had my ladder and brought it out and even offered to help me load it. Location definitely deserves 5 stars all around from service, cleanliness, organization etc. I do not live close to this location but I do recommend this location to anybody in the area.
