It's a typical Home Depot. They had lots of stuff in stock. There were many employees available to help customers. I always feel like everything is dirty there, but that probably doesn't bother most people.

Cindy was very informative & seemed happy to spend 20-30 minutes showing me different plant options for what I was looking for & even went the extra mile to ensure I know how to properly care for and maintain our new beautiful roses! I've always loved Home Depot and the friendly service but recently have had multiple issues with ordering and employees lack of interest in helping. I ordered in stock items according to the website for pick up. They were not ready for pick up, I waited an hour before they canceled my order due to out of stock items despite seeing them on the shelf. I had pieces shipped to the store for pick they arrived May 31st but I was told multiple times I could not get them until June 9th because they hadn't unloaded the truck that delivered them. I called on the 9th to make sure they would be available to pick up before I arrived. I got there and again was asked to wait, after 20 min w/ no timeline for how long I'd have to wait I said I would try again later. Doing this with two toddlers is not ideal. I finally was able to pick up one of the ordered cabinets later that day but they seem to have lost the other cabinet. I told them that was fine I would just return it and be on my way and they said they could not make a return without seeing the cabinet but were unable to look for it. At this point I still haven't received a phone call about the cabinet and don't show a return for the amount of the cabinet. They gave me no receipt or a way to show proof I picked up one cabinet but not the other so I'm guessing I'm going to just be out that amount. Worst experience I've had in awhile.

Terrible customer service!! Don’t plan on ordering anything at this store because they will take your money and you will never receive your product you paid for.

I am a disabled veteran. Stopped in here to buy something ask the sales associate for help me sit if you don't see it out there we didn't have it.

I got here at 7:15pm in search of purchasing blinds. I asked at least 5 different associates for help and had to go to customer service to have them page a manager because all 5 associates said it wasn’t their department. The manager apologized and contacted someone to help me. The associate was able to assist me, as I am checking out the blinds ring up for a completely different price. I was told by a cashier I had to go back to the blinds area and take a picture of the bar code. Are you kidding me???? I was there for almost an hour for nothing. The entire staff need to be fired. Nothing but a bunch of lazy teenagers and College students.

Do it yourself hardware store. Had to use the app to find things. Had to do my own check out. But not too bad I found what I needed.

What has happened to The Home Depot? Tonight I went to buy a Dumpster Bag (Waste Management). The website reported that they had them in stock. When I got there I asked one of the first people I saw if she could help me find it. She pointed me towards the garden center and told me if it wasn't there it would probably be in hardware. The lady in the garden center used her phone and after some difficulty told me it would be on aisle 22 which was on the completely opposite side of the store. No problem. So after I walked all the way to the other side of the store I found a shelf with another brand of dumpster bags, which would not help me. After trying four different people, none of them seem interested in helping me find what I was looking for, and seeing three employees who were standing around talking actually break up their huddle and walk away as I was coming forward for help, I gave up and left. This is not The Home Depot that I once knew.

Home Depot's service and selection varies with the store location, neighborhood, and clientele. The Woodlands I-45 location caters to a mixed group, both budget oriented (core products) and luxury oriented (more design and architectural.) I was able to find most of the key items I needed, but higher end and specialty items are not always available, except online and shipped to the store.

There is a reason why home depot has lasted so long, they know in general what most people need. There's also a reason why I see a lot of contractors there, and it isn't just good prices. They have a lot of great products. I am usually pretty happy with their selection and service.

Home Depot reminds me of an oversized hardware store very convenient and you can always find help unlike Lowe's where you can barely find an associate when you need help!

Amazing customer service by Chris ! Went in there looking for help with interior lights and he was able to walk me through everything and made me feel good about the project and my purchase.
