I used to love HD.If I had projects I can buy everything that I thought I needed and when I got the chance returns were easy. Tried to return some things that were leftover and now they are denying the returns. Will think twice before buying from here again.

I placed an i. Store order on an item that was in stock but too large for us to carry home. They set the day to ship and I paid a very large amount of money for my item. On the day they were supposed to deliver, which is the only day I was off work and I set that day, they literally gave me the run around and a store employee called me and just kept giving excuse after excuse. Now they are trying to tell me my item is getting delivered 2 days after the scheduled day when no one is home. I’ll never ship with Home Depot again.

I had a terrible experience with Home Depot recently. I purchased a door in mid-February and it took over a month to be delivered. When it finally arrived, I was surprised to find out that they had sent a window instead of the door I had ordered. This mistake was incredibly frustrating and wasted a lot of my time. After informing Home Depot of the mistake, they reordered the door for me, but I was told that it would take an additional fifteen days for the vendor to send it to the store. This meant that it would take over two months in total for me to receive the door I had originally ordered. I found this completely unacceptable, as it was a simple product that should have been delivered and installed much more quickly. In addition to the frustrating wait time, I keep receiving calls from their installation company to schedule a date for the installation of the door. This was surprising, as they had not yet received the product, but their system was showing that it had been delivered. This added confusion and uncertainty to the already frustrating situation. Also I’m yet waiting for the refund they promise me.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by Home Depot. Waiting for such a long time to receive the wrong product and then having to wait even longer to receive the correct one was a frustrating experience. I would not recommend Home Depot to anyone based on my own negative experience, and I encourage others to consider alternative options that provide better customer service and timely delivery.

Had a rough start, but when I got in touch with Wendy R., I was blown away. She literally took the bull by the horns and got my problem solved. Ordered sink, faucet and grid - originally delivered to the state of Kansas. Was given refund and re-ordered with Wendy's help. At the same time, it was also ordered through another provider putting the 2 providers in competition. The other competitor ended up winning and when I contacted Wendy, she put me in contact with Judy, who expertly handled my cancellation and refund! PLEASE GIVE BOTH WOMEN A HUGE RAISE as they have earned it. Home Depot, I hope you treasure employees like these to wonderful women.

I would definitely give 0 stars if given the option. Total NIGHTMARE doing business with Home Depot for a simple closet installation. They do not have anyone that can do simple measurements or actually properly install basic shelving units. This project started over a year ago and was complete trash from the beginning. They couldn’t get the correct pieces or properly install after NUMEROUS attempts. They would make appointments and not keep them. They were full of excuses for 1 year ! Now that I want a refund , they continue to bully me into continuing this farce instead of giving me the money I paid in full upfront! Who does business like this? Corporate would not even help rectify this horrible situation . Take your installation business elsewhere!

The selection of hardwoods here is great, it's nice to be able to find woods like walnut and maple so close to home. What isn't that great is they charge per linear foot on their hardwoods. For those that don't know, board feet is the way hardwood lumber is usually priced. To price it by the linear foot is a huge disservice to the paying customer.

I went into return two items and a supervisor name. Katherine assisted me after waiting 30 minutes for the return. The only register that was open was busy on their cell phone. Until finally after she got done, the girl, Catherine decided to open a second register after people had waited for good few solid minutes. She was not only disrespectful she rude and a liar. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she refused to call anyone, then she completely ignored me and said I'm going to help another customer and moved another register, left me standing there. After that I ran into Ruby, who is super sweet, helpful and considerate and not even a supervisor nor manager. If someone should be a supervisor in that place is definitely should not be a Catherine, unless that store wants horrible customer service. Ruby was hands-down, a gem

This is a great store. Nice to have tool rental now. Helpful service and staff. Like most home Depot stores lots of items in the wrong boxes but usually well stocked with things I need.

I hate this place, employees seem to work hard to place as many obstacles in customer's way as possible, parking forklifts in the middle of isles and stacking carts in front of the entrances. Top this off with trying to do as little as possible while fitting in as many trips to the bathroom as they can during work time, you're lucky if you can get anyone to help, luckier still if the 20 something year old knows more than you can find with a quick Google search. The race to the bottom is complete, welcome to mediocrity.

The nicest man, Moe, helped me out at this Home Depot! As I'm driving to and walking into a home improvement store, I always send prayers up to the highest heavens that a helpful sales associate will be somewhere in the building and not already assisting someone else. Getting an unknowledgeable college or high school kid is always so frustrating. I purposely go out of my way to find the older retiree looking guy or gal bc they typically know where stuff is and what you probably need when you have no clue. That night, I needed both a kitchen faucet and a toilet fill-valve. Moe was super patient, helpful, and kind to me. Plus his cool accent was a nice added bonus. He was funny and let me know that they also have a Larry that worked the day shift. He wanted me to keep an eye out for a Curly so they could finally have their full 3 Stooges on staff. So folks, if you know a Curly that would like to work the midday shift at this Home Depot, please holler at Moe and let him know! He's awaiting that 3rd Stooge.

Looked for flooring and peel & stick wall options, but found they were limited in store. They had more sheet vinyl floors than most stores.

Great location and selection for your everyday needs but like everyone else they appear to have trouble finding experienced help. I would highly suggest watching their adds due to them regularly offering discounts on popular items such as tools. They have a good selection of popular brands such as Dewalt and Ryobi.

Home Depot as a whole is good. Today was interesting, walked down an isle and my cart disappeared and found the worker putting up my stuff. But he was very polite and nice and gathered back up my stuff. During check-out the gal could have been a little more helpful. She made me lift in/out the huge bags of potting soil and pellets out of cart rather than taking the hand scanner and ringing it in. Again, probably a random off day.

I try to avoid this location if possible. The saw to cut plywood is often broken, meaning I can’t transport it home. I almost always find this out after I’ve loaded my cart with lumber. Sometimes I call ahead just to check. Can’t seem to find help when I need it but often find pockets of employees chatting at other parts of the store. It’s been this way for years, long before pandemic demand and workforce problems.
