I am on my 4th Honda (since I was 16 years old). The past 3 purchased from Keating.I recently got into an accident in my passport. Although the experience was traumatic, I came out without a scratch and felt completely safe in my passport. When I learned my passport was totaled and I needed to get a replacement car within 48 hours or insurance would no longer cover my rental car, Brett was there to save the day. He went over all of the new safety features to help easy my concerns. He made the process of purchasing another vehicle as quick and stress-free as possible. As a bonus, he made me and my husband laugh. He is such a great sales manager and his customer service is through the roof! The Finance Manager, Thomas was also amazing! He was personable and very knowledgeable when explaining paperwork. We will definitely be purchasing another Honda from Keating in the future.#HondaMember4Life

We went to this dealer to look at a car we had in mind. At first, we thought it was going to be another headache like the ones we had at previous dealerships, but we came home with a brand new vehicle. We had an amazing experience with Mr. Aiden and his team over at this dealership. Mr. Aiden treated us like customers should be treated. We are definitely coming back to continue our business with this dealer; the experience was amazing.

Great pricing, and great experience from sales (Robert Dams) and finance (Brandon Wagner). After a disappointing visit to a different Honda dealership there is a reason Keating Honda earned our business.

I had a wonderful buying experience. I highly recommend doing business with Brett and Brandon. They were both upfront, honest, knowledgeable and friendly. There were no issues or concerns. I felt like I was doing business with close friends rather than a large company. I highly recommend Keating and I will definitely go back for future purchases.

This is my second purchase with Keating Honda and with Robert Dam. He is very kind and never put unnecessary pressure on me , even when I had my worries and needed sometime to rethink my decision. He gave me time and space and was understanding, same with finance . I really appreciated that and I ended up purchasing the SI I wanted. Thanks to the team. Service department is also great as I was there dropping off for an oil change. It Was done a lot sooner than expected. I love my si, and the Pilot

Every bad experience has lesson behind it. I purchased the Honda civic ex 2024. I had read the bad reviews but decided to still go here, hind sight I should've gone elsewhere. I purchased the car November 22nd so for anyone reading this. Please take my advice, they're going to upsell you crap you don't need, don't give in or let them budge just remember the car you want can be at another lot. Have patience rather then letting your emotions excite you getting a car. The additional they're going to want to add on your price another 3K is called Apex system. ( Apparently it varies which is suspicious)If they don't take it off trust me leave. I just read a review below saying they did the same to him but left and then later called him saying they will take all of that off, he was smart and didn't fall through. When the sales person Robert Dams legit said there's no opting out, that was a lie. You're the purchaser, you're the customer don't let them play you!! Only difference is I realized this too late after signing. So I was able to take one of the charges. Which I'm sure they could've taken all off (god don't like ugly it's all good)Take your money somewhere else, or keep in mind if they ain't going with your DEAL cut out. You're the buyer not them.

Horrible experience. Tried to buy a 2021 Honda CR-V EX with 16k miles today, November 17, 2023. Internet price was $26,995. Test drove it. Window sticker was $30,995 with additional $3000 for Apex add ons, for a total now of $33,991. I told preowned sales person "Brett", internet price was $26,995 not $30,995. "Really? They must have slashed internet prices overnight". Really Brett, you're going with that story! I was born at night, but it wasn't last night! Lots of back and forth between Brett and Sales manager Rodney, typically car sales garbage. Told Brett I was leaving to look at a 2021 Touring at Gillman Honda. "What can we do to get you to buy this vehicle today?" "Honor you published internet price and remove all the Apex add ons". Brett goes back to sales mgr Rodney, Brett comes back "Good news, we removed all the add ons but the $499 windshield protection." My response "Tell Rodney I wasn't up for this type of runaround, and tell Rodney's boss he just lost a $27k sale over $499 Apex windshield up-charge, and I don't ever want to do business with Keating. A hour later, I purchased the Touring CRV from an Ex-Marine, Robert Z, at Gillman Honda. Gillman was much better to do business with. Ask for Robert Z, awesome human being, great salesman, and a pleasure to work with.On the way to Gillman, I received 3 different texts from Brett, Rodney and Internet mgr "Come back! Good news, we won't charge for the Apex windshield coating. Seriously, I'll never set foot in Keating again!

Salesman Doha was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, pleasant to communicate with, and did not create a high pressure sale's environment. Finance manager Sean was a pleasure to deal with, polite, professional and explained the transaction clearly.

Salesmen Aiden was awesome. Made our experience purchasing our Accord great. Very personable with our four year old and made the drive from Baytown worth it! Thomas in finance also personable, friendly, and quick. Dealership was clean and had good selection of snacks/drinks available for purchase. Highly recommend. I would be very careful with the add-ons the dealership places on each vehicle. I specifically asked about them before coming to the dealership, and was told by a salesmen named Nick not to expect 3k in add-ons. When I get to the dealer, sure enough over 3k in add-ons. Aiden and the finance manager attempted to offset the surprise add-ons since I had text proof I was told not to expect them and drove from Baytown.

I always hesitate to give a bad review; and only do so when I have been left with little to no choice. Not only do I regret purchasing a Honda; I regret purchasing a Honda from this location. I purchased a Honda Odyssey from this location; and to date probably the worst car purchase of my life. The fit and finish was horrible; (see pics); the doors do not align; nor did any of the bumpers. I took the car back in 6 times I think in the first month. To date; the bumpers (new ones; under warranty) still do not color match. I was told by the floor manager that even on new cars; they probably still will never match. The bumpers still do not align; so much for the legendary Honda quality. Paying $50K for a car and to have bumpers not match nor align seems ridiculous to me; but how much time/energy do I have to keep taking my car into the dealership? When I told the repair person that I was still unhappy; they basically said too bad; that's all they can do, and now I need to go take that up with my sales person who sold me the car. I did; and he called the floor manager; who asked if I would like a new car, which I replied yes. And what came of that?? NOTHING. NOTHING... NOTHING. So he said stuff to quash my ire at the moment. Any followups? Nope. So just be prepared for sub-par quality; dismissive service; and lies. I don't like to openly call out people but since I get no response; let me go ahead and call out Tim Wright; the directory has him listed as the Service Manager... or I guess in this case; the non-service manager. You get an automated text message after every service; and he says that your satisfaction is his main concern. Well; if you reply; nothing happens. So obviously; the company is heavy on lip service; and non-existent on service. This is par for all my experience here. When I had brought my car in; there was a young kid and I had asked him what I should do about the misaligned bumpers; and he said to me "Drive it for 2 years and then trade it in." That is basically their attitude.I've been at this for a while; and I have all but given up as I have a life and family I need to take care of. This car is less than 5 month old car; and already a recall. When I took my car in for its first oil change; they informed me that there was a recall. So they "took care of the recall" when my car went in for service; and now my speakers buzz randomly. The heaviness and dread that I feel now is incredible... YET ANOTHER PROBLEM with the car, am I gonna call them so they disrupt my life and have me bring it in AGAIN? Because it's intermittent problems are difficult to solve. They do not care about you; and they make it very obvious. They took my money and they have obviously moved on. I have a "new" car who's fit and finish is worst than Mitsubishi's in the 1960's; and as someone who actually has a job and kids; I lose in the war of attrition against them; which I assume is what they are counting on. Also; these people are STILL the people who are suppose to provide my car service; if(when) more things break. I already get a dirty look from the service department; like it's MY FAULT.Car with bad fit and finish; low/no quality service; AND judgmental looks from the service department. How did I get so lucky? Oh that's right; because I chose to purchase a car from Keating Honda. So let me tell you why I'm writing this review. First; it's because I assume that it's the only way I can effect their bottom line; and the only way they will respond to me. They have basically been dismissive of everything to the point that I am exhausted. Second; I _WISH_ someone wrote a review like this; of which had I read it; I might not have purchased a car from this place and saved myself the endless headaches. Yes I can ignore everything and just move on with my life; and I pretty much have; but I do not wish for this to happen to other people. If I can be a warning to others; then great. PS. Door has been aligne

I went by Keating Honda to look at a used Civic for my son who is a new driver. The sales associate showed me several vehicles, but my favorite was a white Civic that had a sign on it that said, "This car not for sale". (The picture is attached.) When I inquired why it wasn't for sale, I was told that it is because the vehicle had just come into the dealership and it needed to go through their inspection process first. I told the associate that we were very interested in the vehicle, and he assured me that he would work with his manager to get me the best price possible and then give me a call. I told him that we would be back that evening so my son could look at the vehicle and we could start the paperwork process. When we got there, the vehicle had SOLD! As you can imagine, my son was very disappointed. Why would they have a sign on a car saying that it was "not for sale" and then sell it? This entire experience has been very disappointing, and I will not be returning to Keating Honda.

I took the advice of the dealership and am in a crappy situation because of it. To protect themselves, they advised me to make a financial decision I did not want to - with the assurance that I could easily modify the arrangement on my own post-sale.It turned out not to be easy. I needed help from the dealership to get to the payment plan I wanted, and should have had on day one. Instead of the help they assured me, I was ignored by everyone from my dealer to the GM - until I changed my Google review from 5 stars to 1.After asking them to make up for the undue mess I found myself in, the dealership's response was that "I'm upset about something they couldn't control and am asking them to fix something that is not their fault."I made a decision relying on their advice. When it turned out not to work for me, they said "we simply presented you with options" and "didn't force me to do anything." Perhaps that's true, but you should be aware of their refusal of accountability for their own advice. It may be blunt, but it's honest. They're more than happy to tell me what I should think and how I should feel now that they've sold me the car, and expect me to listen. But when they were doing the same thing during the sales process, it was my fault for listening.

I had a great experience with Ryan for buying my new Honda CR-V and financing with Sean was also a great experience. Everyone was very respectful and wanted to make sure they were providing a great car buying opportunity with no disappointments through their business. Definitely I would buy from them again!
