Will never be shopping here again. I was followed by two employees with my fiancé and it was extremely uncomfortable. They made it obvious they were scouting us. We know every employee but these two MANAGERS were unprofessional. Never once customer serviced us or greeted us. Just followed us around and stared. Disgusting and I given so much money there

One thing for sure, the store is always clean, all the staff are friendly and helpful always! I love walking through and browsing and I feel comfortable shopping in the store.

I've used the pharmacy in this Kroger for all of the time I've lived here; since '06-ish. Then, it was the big, New store in this area. It's had its ups & downs, but they've been minimal compared to pharmacies my family has used. Today, I'm in picking up scripts for my wife and there's a new tech that's an Army Veteran & I will say, she's awesome at first impression. The new Pharmacist, in today, is exceptional as well. Not sure if they're trainers or something, but they fit right in with the group here, most of whom are quick & thorough.

Very pleased with the El Camino Kroger store. It's very convenient reasonably priced and all of the workers are friendly and helpful. The food is fresh. The store is clean and they have good variety. Thank you Kroger's!

I shop there a lot. went to buy jelly a week and a half ago. there was a mess in the bonne maman. sticky jelly under jars. went back last Friday still nasty talked to manager about it. came back today nothing has been done. tells me they have a problem with quality control on cleaning. manager doesn't care.

I learned after getting my car inspected that Kroger can renew your registration at the Service Desk. This where I met Frank. What a great person to have there! He truly understands service, welcoming customers, and taking care of people. KEEP HIM!

My girlfriend had ordered groceries online from this Kroger location. We were updated that a few items were not in stock but noticed on the bill that it was very close to the same price as if the items were still being charged. After looking the itemized bill over we found multiple items that we did not order. The associate shopping for us decided to buy some things for herself and let me pay for it and she was very clever about it as she made sure the bill stayed very close to the same amount as it would have been if non of the items I requested we not in stock. I called and the manager stated there was nothing that he could do. I did request a refund for the difference in which they claim they were ... me but as for this associate there was nothing they could do but to put to mark her down as an associate that could no longer shop for me. Y'all be sure to check your bill because this happened to my neighbor as well from this same location!

Watch out for Sharese! She can’t figure out how to walk 8’ to the shelf holding prescriptions that are ready to go. She also didn’t know how to look for the letter the last name started with to find the patients medication. She was excellent with having an attitude and tossing her hands all around like a child. I don’t think she’s mature enough to handle the work force yet despite her older age. Bless her.

Rude pharmacy manager by the name of A Ikemi was telling me my prescription couldn’t be filled and “must have slipped through the cracks ”last time it was filled. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. They are always getting everything wrong at this pharmacy and acting rude when questioned. I will be reporting this pharmacist ASAP to Texas State board of pharmacy and to Kroger’s main offices

grocery pickup is like playing lotto. Sometimes you win, most times not. The shoppers are doing their best I am sure, but, rotten produce should never end up in my shopping bags. This has happened more than once. Also, substitutions seem to be at the shoppers whim. Often the substituted item is not even close. for example, substituting whole wheat bagels for blueberry ones. Why not sub store brand blueberry bagels for the name brand, or just no sub at all? We have been shorted items many times as well. The store has always tried to make good on all of these issues, but, it takes a follow up visit and a phone call to make that happen. I love the convenience and the shoppers are always super sweet and helpful, I just wish there was a way to prevent some of the return trips.

Recently moved to north Conroe and we LOVE the Kroger here. Clean. Well-stocked, well-lit, friendly team and great deals on groceries. Huge selection, awesome bakery and deli and meat dept. The pharmacy staff is Super friendly and helpful. We tried the other stores up here and this is easily the way to go. Thank you to the managers and team members of this store

Very rude woman at the window a few days ago, they rejected my prescription due to my insurance wanting a generic brand versus what my doctor had prescribed. I’ve never had this issue before, it was medication I needed. Been to this pharmacy many many times and I have never had my insurance say something different.So thanks I guess. Wish I could give 0.
