Terrible pharmacy. They never have my meds in stock, they lie about when they arrive and the say its back ordered after waiting on hold. No courtesy whatsoever. Find a better pharmacy.Update: I was just lied to again. Spoke with them 2 hours ago asking for an update. They told me it’s still out of stock with no update. I’ve been waiting over a month for my medication. They just called me back and now they’ve had it in stock but won’t fill it. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Terrible liars, DO NOT GO HERE. There is a reason they only have a 2 star rating.

The staff is always very nice at this pharmacy. I think they deal with a lot frustrated customers because of all the prescription shortages and insurance problems. They do a good job though especially with the high volume of customers.

I love this store, it's my favorite store to shop for groceries, and they have so many other things like clothes, shoes, toys and they have a bakery and they just opened up a pizza place OH and they have a Starbucks which is always super fast!

This pharmacy is called "Kroger pharmacy" but...is independently owned and operated.I have been using them since the store opened.Overall the good outweighs the bad. I know our little town of Conroe is expanding and growing rapidly. Behind this Kroger Marketplace location is a huge residential development that reminds me of The Woodlands early days.I feel that is affecting this store and this pharmacy. I'm shocked when I see store shelves empty 1 day after a new sales flyer.Just sharing my thoughts......

bought rice here, opened the rice and found worms. that's not even the worse part of my experience. i call customer service, let them know what happened and the employee assured me i wouldn't need my receipt. i drop everything i am doing to drive back and get my money back. i get there and the same employee tells me they can't help me with no receipt.... says they're is unable to pull up my order with my phone number. of course i am locked out of the useless app, so i can't pull it up there. i ask a supervisor if there is anyway to pull it up with my phone number, supervisor says i was in too long ago and they wouldn't be able to pull the receipt. (3 hrs prior). i speak with a manager to see what they can do as i have thrown the receipt away and i obviously don't want another bag of the worm rice. they tell me all they can do is exchange the worm rice for another bag of worm rice. so i waste more time and gas driving back home to dig in my trash can and find the receipt. idk if it's bc i'm gay or brown but the customer service employee was rude, everyone i unfortunately had to deal with was rude. DO NOT BUY KROGER RICE!!!! do not come here expecting decency from the employees, you wont get it. just go to HEB, you could probably even deal with better ppl at walmart.

The grocery pickup worker was great but the service itself was worse than useless. We would have been better off to just shop in the store in the first place (since we had to anyway, in the end). Keep in mind that when people choose grocery pickup rather than going into the store, there's frequently a reason, which makes blunders with it even worse. We are older and not doing so well but, together, we get things done. So, I placed my order online last night. Then I added a few things later last night, which is where the problem occurred. I checked and double checked after adding the new items to my order and it was within the timeframe allowed. The new items were included in the total number of items shown and in the total dollar amount to be charged. Done. Then today, I went to click the button that we were "on our way" and noticed that none of the added-on items were actually included. There was also no list of the new items so I couldn't even tell what was missing. I just noticed that the number of total items shown and charged had both decreased by quite a bit from where I'd left them the night before.I tried to call the store but the number shown on the site was actually some main Kroger corporation number, not the number of the store involved. I got a recording suggesting I use the chat function instead. So I did that, and typed out what had happened (still hoping to have my missing items added to my order). At the end of all that, I was notified that my message didn't go through because I didn't include my name or something like that. But there was only a text box, no space where I was asked my name and no suggestion for correcting the "problem." It's obvious that Kroger prefers to give you the runaround and discourage you from bothering them rather than handle your problem. For ex., why isn't the STORE phone number and manager name shown prominently in the first place when it's clear what store I am dealing with? After those additional annoyances, we were out of time so we proceeded to the store. Even the parking spaces for pickup orders were done stupidly. It wasn't clear if we were in space #2 or space #3. Minor issue, I guess, but it does go along with the theme. The guy who brought out the groceries was great. But then I had to go into the crowded store, not feeling well, and try to remember what had been left out of my order, since I wasn't even given the courtesy of being able to find that on the site or my app. This was very poorly done in several ways. Instead of getting the service promised, I got more inconvenience than I'd have had without it. And it was more than an inconvenience. In my condition (and for the reason I chose pickup in the first place) it was actually an unnecessary hardship. And I wouldn't doubt if I'll have to make another trip now, after I discover the hard way what is still missing.

This pharmacy is the worst one I’ve been to in the Houston area. I’ve lived all over Houston and this takes the cake for the worst one I’ve been to. And i’m comparing it to other pharmacies that aren’t Kroger. The Asian pharmacist is unorganized, hangs up on doctors when they are trying to call in a script, she is rude. She shouldn’t have anything to do with people in general because she is awful. She is 1 of 2 people I’ve met that need attitude adjustments. Someone needs to do something about this pharmacy.

I'm not sure what's going on but I've been without my medication for 2 weeks because the pharmacy kept telling me the doctor denied my refill. After going back and forth with the nurse I finally called the pharmacy a 3rd time , once again I was told it was denied. After I gave the date it was refilled they found it!!!! This is the best Kroger and best employees but this pharmacy is the worst!!!! I see horrible reviews so it seems corporate isn't trying to make a change so I guess I'll have to change pharmacies.

This store is great, they have so many items including clothes. It's is well priced and I enjoy coming to this location. The pharmacy is this Krogers kryptonite. They never have started on my prescriptions even when I wait a few hours for them to get filled they always act like they just received it and then I have to wait another hour to get it filled. I understand having lunch but I don't understand closing the entire pharmacy for it. They close the drive through and the counter inside and they close it five minutes early as well even when there are other customers in line. My pharmacy business has been lost at this location.

The Pharmacist told me not to have my Prescriptions filled at her store. She did not want to fill them because they are scheduled drugs. Haven’t used them since. Very judgmental without knowing the circumstances or the reasons for the prescription.

Someone working there admitted (she was actually really kind) that they "have a thousand customers, we don't get your prescription ready until you get to us..."That would be fine, if every time I came here I didn't have to wait in ONE 30 MINUTE LINE to let you know I'm here, and ANOTHER 30 MINUTE LINE to pick up the prescription.Oh, and definitely don't use the drive through, it takes much longer through there. One person working two lines one at a time. What a joke.
