This is an extremely unprofessional and rude pharmacy and the way they handle their business is dangerous. They didn’t even bother to let us know they were out of stock of a prescription for my son that he needs ASAP on top of that they said they are 5 days behind so they couldn’t help. If you are that far behind they should probably let people know so we can make other arrangements for a health issue that could be dangerous.

Hands down the most incompetent group of people I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I have been clear and concise with them in every single interaction I’ve had today, which was four separate ones, and they continue to be disrespectful and incapable of understanding simple requests and instructions regarding my prescription. The most simple prescription I could imagine and they continue to fill it incorrectly or change the prescription against my doctors and my requests, even though I was blatantly clear with what I need and why I need it. Don’t waste your time or gas traveling to this pharmacy, HEB is significantly better even if they’re $10 more. All of this on top of my prescription waiting three days to be filled and even then I had to call two separate times to get them to even fill it.

I'm not normally the type of person to complain , I worked in a pharmacy/ retail myself for 23 years . I want to reach out to someone who cares , that the opening time for the pharmacy at this location is very inconvenient .. Yesterday a medication was picked up by a member of my family for my 7 year old , and a 3ml syringe was given with the antibiotic to give to my son ... I did not know how to measure the dosage that was to be given to him on a 3 ml syringe , so I called the pharmacy to ask if they could help me , well I kept calling and the automated system kept telling me it was closed . I finally went online to look up what time the pharmacy opened & saw that it had 10:00 am . I waited 2 hours for it to open ... I honestly was in disbelieve to see that the pharmacy area did not open til 10am. That is too late for a busy pharmacy to open .

I love Kroger overall, but the pharmacy NEEDS SERIOUS IMPROVEMENT! Starting by adding another person in the drive-thru oooorrrrr closing that second lane that makes things go SLOWER! They are obviously understaffed and overworked. I wanted to start with that because people complain but don't understand why- this is one busy PHARMACY -IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN, the staff tries to be as efficient as possible but IF YOU ONLY HAVE ONE PERSON for every job well I don't have to explain it to you right? YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT minimum 15 minutes, I've never had a bad experience in regards treatment, why because I try to be as understanding as possible, you will get what you give ? so if you are rude..guess what? they can too! The same thing if you go inside only one person at registration, so yes is not the best pharmacy at communicating with patients in regards PRICES THEY DO NOT SET and medications they run out (AGAIN A VERY BUSY LOCATION) at the end of the day try to understand they do what they can with what they have, this pharmacy is close to home so I will continue to use this pharmacy but I did wanted to make others aware. If you do go elsewhere is one less person to wait on ??♀️

At least two out of three times shopping at Kroger's the price of items on sale are charged at the full price at the register when checking out. I recently went to the store on Hwy 105, and was told by the manager they were not honoring the weekly ad due to inventory shortages. The items were on display with a price more than double the weekly ad price. Does anyone else pay attention to the price when checking out? If you do not, you have been warned...

one of their employees in the customer service was extremely rude and racist towards my mother. i understand policy can't be bent but there's no excuse to be rude about it. if you have a retail job you learn how to talk to customers in a kind and friendly manner and it absolutely unacceptable the way my parents were treated.

You can never get through the drive thru in under 20 min. They routinely run out of common medicines. Rarely send messages to let you know a Rx is ready. There's 2 or 3 very helpful employees, ALL are very nice, but customers want to get their stuff and go on with their day. This is not a place or time for social conversations.

COVID safety precautions are nonexistent at this location. They do not care at all. I do not feel safe shopping at this location.

I guess mask mandates don't apply to Kroger and especially not their employees. What a joke, so many customers without a mask and employees not wearing masks properly or not even wearing them at all. Just disgusting!

I’ve read some of the negative reviews and I’m appalled. My family would never use another pharmacy. The staff have always been incredibly helpful, which is a huge part of why we use them. I’ve never been there that I haven’t seen the techs working to get customers the best price available. It’s not their responsibility to check discount cards and coupons, yet they do it anyway and it is very appreciated.

So today my daughter and I went to Kroger. I had to buy a few things. And she needed to get her WIC stuff for my three year old granddaughter. Which WIC is not labeled in this store. When we went to check out the cashier Bill was very rude. Saying what you don't kniw what to buy. And nade a big issue in front of other customers. Thankfully another lady was available to help figure out why my daughter was being charged for item.( All the while there was a manager near by whom just walked away from the issue. ) Obviously if my daughter had the money she would have gladly paid for the item. But my complaint is this people fall down on hard times and for my daughter to be treated so rudely for trying to fend for her baby was very rude and I for one don't appreciate it!! And what was worse is the manager said absolutely nothing. As a normal rule I have never had problems with this store. But today my heart sank for my daughter who was merely trying to take care of her child. I wish I had the ladys name who helped my daughter because I would go buy her lunch or something for her kindness.

Unacceptable incompetence. 30 minute wait times in the drive thru. Have miscounted important medication. Unreasonable wait times for refills.

I called them and told them to refill my prescriptions and they didn't refill one. I understand things happen so I told the lady when I picked up the rest of my prescriptions to fill this one. I waited 2 days to come pick it up today and was told that it was never filled but it would be 1.5 hours. I come by 6 hours later and am not able to pick up my prescription when I get there and am told to wait. Also my wife has given them her insurance information 2x and we have been overcharged before from them because they didn't update their system with her correct insurance information.

Some of the pharm techs here need to take communication 101 skills. Not all but some. I dont care how busy you are due to covid--- learn respect! Im dealing w/ covid just as you are & I'm not about to be given an attitude & treated disrespectfully because you have no communication skills. Understand this, if you give anyone an attitude be prepared for someone that doesnt tolerate it to bite back! I'm glad the pharmacist handled this situation well... Education and class takes you places & some people need to invest in it.
