Just want to say I love the store and my comment is nothing negative against the store. I just want to warn other customers that it is worth it to pay more that 79 cents a square foot for wood flooring, as the cheap flooring is chipping and it hasn't even been down a month. There were several bad pieces in the brand new boxes. Only two people walking on it, I wouldn't think it would chip . At the time that was the best we could afford. If we waited another month, we could have gotten a better product.

Me and my husband bought a zero turn lawn mower at the time of purchase they were nice people we only had one week til today and it won't start we contacted the store the assistant manager was no help and very disrespectful we paid cash plus bought a warranty I will never shop with them been trying to speak with the store manager every time we call he in a meeting or gone to lunch but I guess it's because of my skin color but my money was green I will never buy anything else from them and we still haven't been able to speak with store manager poor customer service is what they offer and haven't addressed my issue at hand still.

Got two lamps (expensive & name brand, just discontinued) on clearance for about 80% off, along with packages of great lightbulbs and paid under $40! Everyone of the staff I dealt with were incredibly happy and helpful! I will definitely come back as we renovate our home!

Clean and well kept store. Nothing too special about it and the prices are slightly higher than Home Depot, but not so much that I would take away a star. Overall a good store.

I was in Lowe’s this morning to buy an electric box. Asked sales rep for help. Sales rep did nothing. Finally got them to call for a body over to the electric department on loud speaker. No one showed. Stopped a rep that happened to walk by and he said the electric department person didn’t show up and the other rep would not be in till 4:30. This is 10 o’clock on Saturday. This kid didn’t have any idea what I needed. I told him I would go to Home Depot and get what I needed. Home Depot had what I needed. No more Lowe’s unless I have plenty of time to look for what I need unassisted. Why can’t Lowe’s hire enough staff to sell their products?

Absolutely piss poor customer service. Purchased a $5000 zero turn mower that was in stock in the store, literally sat on it outside. Scheduled it for delivery the following day, even received the call saying it will be delivered between 5-8pm. No mower showed up. Next day, called back and they claimed they had no record of my purchase whatsoever. After dealing with them for an hour, they said it was out for delivery. End of that day came and went with no mower still. Called back yet again, and they said “it’s not our problem, it’s the 3rd party delivery company we use. You have to handle it with them now.” Not acceptable, I did not purchase a mower through your 3rd party delivery company, I purchased it through LOWES.

Easy to find everything just like a good regular lowes. My little cousins loved getting to see all of the flowers that were out and fir sake and helped keep them quiet. The carts are easy for the little ones to hold onto as well so you don't risk loosing one with them running off

Will cancel order 50% of time. Good store, hoppin' busy place. Many good products. Many of the floor people will scurry to avoid you but most are helpful. If you order online you should expect they may 50% of the time cancel your order rather than waiting on the products in upcoming shipment... gotta look good in that computer system!

Tommy in the hardware department is the best. It is always hard to find good customer service in large stores but Tommy was awesome. He took his time in answering all my questions and making sure I had everything. He made a large store feel like a nieghberhood hardware store.

Horrible customer service. Had to wait extended amount of time in customer service line with 1 person working to fix a mistake caused by the store. A manager at the checkout was asked a question and instead of handling herself she said to take it to customer service who then had to talk to said manager. No apology, not a single word said by anyone. If you can’t handle your job, don’t take it out on your customers.

I have shopped at this Lowes for almost 20 years. Most every time I am there I am greeted with a hello and how can I help you. Friendly staff... management is better than others.

The first and last time we will visit that particular LOWE'S! The young man in the plumbing area tried to assist us and answer my husband's questions the best he could. But, he attempted to ask another more experienced sales person, at first he was busy which we understood. Then once he came to where the hot water heater's were he acted like he didn't want to be bothered. My husband attempted to show a picture of the one we have he said, "I don't need to see a picture, which one do you want a 30 gallon or 40 gallon"? Then he acted like my husband had cooties and kept moving away from him, while he was trying to show him the picture. We needed to ask questions after getting it on the cart but, they all disappeared! Therefore myself I will buy from HOME DEPOT or my local hardware store from now on! Maybe they'll appreciate us spending $659.00 in their store?
