I was paying for my purchases with cash when the cashier informed me she had "NO CHANGE", as in dollar bills, because the previous customer had taken all of her change for their purchase. She wouldn't even call for change or contact anyone to get change. The change I would have gotten back was approximately $6. I walked out without buying anything! I will go to Home Depot from today forward! WOW! Customer Service sucked.

There is a buggy at the front of your store with probably 200+ dollars worth of stuff I needed. Since this store feels no need to have a cashier available to check people out and only self checkout lanes available I decided to not give you my business this time or ever again. We don’t work Lowe’s and therefore the self checkout should be an option for people who want to use them and not the only choice. I hope not staffing your store with people to help customers bites y’all in the rear with sales one day.

A little hidden behind the trees and other businesses, the city/county or whoever really impedes businesses street views by having so much overgrowth in the way. The store and employees are great, the veteran parking is in a little different place than I'm used to seeing it at.

Great customer service! I ordered a new hood vent online and picked it up at the store. It took a couple weeks for the order to come in and then a couple weeks for me to install. When I finally opened the box to install I found it slightly damaged. Frustrated and tense about trying to return it, I boxed it back up and headed to the store. Patricia at the customer service desk was very friendly and helpful. She noted it was past the 30day return window. I pointed out the pick up date made it still within 30 days. She quickly processed the return and helped me get a replacement on order. What a relief!Thanks again Patricia!

Love that this store has late hours closing at 10 PM. Always has everything I need, from appliances, home repair, basic home decor, cleaning supplies, flowers, herbs, and shrubs, seasonal home and yard decor, as well as cleaning supplies and,of course, building materials. The staff is so helpful, which is no longer the case in many businesses lots of social distancing and Covid precautions were evident. Ample parking.

This Lowe’s is awful. They where suppose to deliver a dryer. Dryer never was delivered. When I called up there to see when it would be delivered the guy said why don’t you just come up and get a refund.

Stopped by hoping to find a fitting for an old light fixture. Didn't expect to have any luck but was approached by a Lowe's employee who pointed us to a part that he thought we might be able to make work. It did! Appreciate the help!!!

This would be a five star review however, they are not enforcing their own mask policy. Too crowded with half the people not wearing masks. The company should do more to protect it's employees and customers. It's not that hard to wear a mask and protect your neighbors and the essential workers who are most at risk and who we rely on to be there. If Costco can do it so can everybody else. If 500,000 dead Americans isn't enough, how many more have to die?

We just left the store empty handed. We couldn't find a single employee to help us. There was 1 poor slammed woman at the self checkout that called to have someone meet me in aisle 7... 30 minutes later still no one had shown up. I went to look for someone to help. I walked from one end of the store to the other. No one in appliances, flooring, plumbing, windows... 1 guy was busy behind the paint desk, there was 1 woman in customer service with a phone up to each ear and a long line of people she was waiting on, and 1 guy at the checkout with a line 5 people deep. That was it. No one else apparently works in that store except the people trapped behind a desk. We won't be back, the lack of customer service was ridiculous.

I came in to buy a grill a little after 9pm, less than an hour before closing. Turns out this was not going to be a quick trip as I planned. The grills are stacked in the back behind everything else and up on the top shelf of their racks. It took them quite a while to get to it and bring it down so the store had been closed about 20 minutes when it was time to check out. The gentleman who was getting it, the store manager, the customer service cashier, and everyone else I interacted with were nothing but friendly and helpful even though they had to stay late. I was very impressed by everyone's great attitudes and friendly service.

Disappointing: At 6:15pm yesterday there were zero registers available. Only self help. The item wouldn't ring. Every self help was full with only one employee available. I went to customer service where 5 employees were gathered chatting, asked for a register to open. I was walked back to where my husband was waiting while the employee explained no registers would be opened. Hubs removed his personal walking cane from the cart and we left the cart sitting.Today my business went to Home Depot where multiple registers were open and all employees more than willing to help.

We had a great experience in the Appliances section with Johnnie helping us. We will definitely continue to come here for all our rehab projects in the future.
