(Replacing the weak chocolate milk color that the previous owner had painted, and the horrible baby blue in the upstairs bathroom!

VERY BAD CS EXPERIENCE!!!!! I ordered an oven from this store because the defect of the product I need to schedule the return; however, when I contacted the store they transfer my call again and again. Finally someone who would take care of my case and said will call me back but never call me back. This issue happened couple times so I went to the store directly and ask help from manager. They have very bad connection between the warehouse and store. It took me 2 months already and I am still waiting for the refund. Will never choose this store again!

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!! Any stars would be too high! 4 stars overall review?! That has to be a lie!! Guys, respect yourselves enough to just go to Home Depot!It took me 8 calls and 3 visits to the store to schedule a pickup for a malfunction product. They finally picked up, but I haven’t received any refund for a week. I called back and was tossed around on the line for 2 hours before I was able to get one!This is ridiculous. If I didn’t call, they would have never issued the refund.. it’s not news that Lowe’s bad at CS. I just didn’t think it was THIS bad!so please do yourself a favor and avoid this business at all costs!!!

The customer service I received from head cashier April was appalling. She acted as of myself and a few other customers were a bother to her. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager Andrew was not any better. They couldn’t figure out how to process a sale of over $600 using an affirm virtual card. I showed the card on their website and they had no idea how to process it. That wasn’t the issue. It was unacceptable how they handled the customers. Needless to say, I won’t be back to this Lowes in the woodlands. Obviously, they don’t want my business

Placed an online order for a dryer. That same day they said it was ready for pickup. I came in the next day and they said it wasn't there. As in they didn't have the dryer. They just didnt have it. With a family of 6 we use the dryer every day. This giant corporation has inventory issues with a dryer? Not happy at all.....

Plumbing items looking for not available limited stock, no one to ask for help. Bought nothing, will not go back. Home Depot will be our store. Have lived many places, all were better stocked than this one. Disappointed just moved here.

Really friendly. Kind, place is kinda of out of the way which for me is great because it wasn’t that busy. Parking was fine, life is good. Large selection of Smart Appliances. I’m excited to do more business with these guys. I wish they had a Veterans discount but whatever. The sales were okay

Ordered a door to be installed. 32 inches wide by 80"s. They said they would have to go measure the following week ( pd 35.00 for the measurements) that would applied to the total. 10 days later they came out and measured the door , now a week after that they called and billed me now another week has went by and no installation date. I would not have them install anything else. I thought it would be convenient but I should have just bought the door and found a handy man to install it.

Lowe's blows, they wouldn't even let me exchange an item without a receipt. I can walk into Walmart and do that without a problem so the only way to do it is to buy the item again and then use the receipt to return the other item which means I have to make a second trip there to get the same thing done!

Used to come here all the time, but have started to use Home Depot more and more. Today was the final confirmation that Lowe's no longer deserves my business. As I pull up to the outdoor center to pay for over $300 of seed I have to wait as the cashier puts away her make up case. As I'm finally rung up I ask if I can use my veterans discount. She promptly says "'I'm sorry, too late." Fine, I get it, there may be some extra work involved, but I just want to go so I shrug it off. As I'm walking away she finds it appropriate to add " It's not my fault" in a rather condescending tone. I turn around and tell her I didn't remember assigning blame to anyone. She immediately back tracked, but I was too annoyed to care and seems typical of what you get here nowadays. I just won't go here anymore. Do better Lowe's.

Lowe’s at this location has been home improvement store that me and my husband always visit whenever we need to do work around the yard and the house. And pick up bags of salts for our whole house water softener rain soft.It’s convenient and less than 2 miles where I live.The store is always clean, easy to find the stuffs that we need, and the staffs always helpful.Quick self check out, also have cashier check out if you prefer.

They have a good selection of parts, but their checkout process is the worst.When self service checkout was available it was just fine, but the last two times I have been here, NO self service, one checker and one customer service person.Both were trying to do overrides. After a long wait, I left what I was going to purchase at the counter and walked out.

Terrible. Customer service. One gentle men named hector gave me help after the two other employees completely ignored me. One girl unloading a pallet in the gardening completely ignored all the customers that obviously needed help. It's 7 on Thursday. You don't close for 2 hrs ... terrible..

Go out here the employees at Lowe's are normally in great spirits they show their love for their job. Each department has people that are trained in that department and it shows. Their willingness to help their customers is outstanding

Absolutely no customer service. Bought a special order of tile edging and did not need 5 pieces. Called to ask if I could return it, said that I was past the 90 days and could not return. I asked for a store credit, was told no way. Person on phone suggested that I try to return the edging to the manufacturer. What??? Also said not sure if the product was mine because my contractor ordered the product. Actually accused me of not owning the edging. I'll use Home Depot from now on. Lowes is off my list of any building supplies. Maybe hire some real customer service people that understand that without customers you are not in business.
