Gavin had very poor customer service skills. While speaking to him, he had someone on FaceTime while attempting to answer our questions. He lacked knowledge in what he was telling us. He did not know the answers to our questions. All he said is that thats how it is, and could not give us an accurate answer.
Went it to simply change my SIM card from sprint to T-Mobile and the employee was absolutely no help. Said I couldn’t do anything because I wasn’t authorized even though I had the passcode. When to another location, gave passcode and was out within minutes. The employee here was just lazy.
Very clean and sanitised environment definitely respected the 6' social distancing... very helpful staff and was in and out with a new phone completely setup in no time... def recommend for holiday shopping for new devices!
