Customer service sucks!!! My bill is still not what I was told it would be after getting new phones after Thanksgiving!! I have been in there 3 times and the last time I was told their manager would call!!!! Not a word!!!!! Looking elsewhere!

Signed up about 6 months ago. Apparently our sales lady saw commission and nothing else. We got 3 phone lines, 2 watch lines, and a synch up kid watch line. Promo was to pay off phone from Verizon so that would be our 3rd line phone, but lady set it up wrong so didn't get the promo. Can't afford to pay off that phone at the time so my 3rd line is useless. My daughter's watch hasn't worked since day 1 because according to tech support that was set up wrong as well. Now they want us to cancel that watch and do a new line but the promo is gone so we would also have to pay for the watch now. Have gone up to location multiple times and management says they "we've been on phone with tech support all day and it should be fixed. just wait two hours for it to reset." Location takes 40 minutes one way to get to and I have health issues so I can't wait there that long so we trusted them and went home. Only to find out it isn't fixed. Between the fuel cost, time lost, and missed promos TMobile has cost us a lot of money for horrible service. DO NOT SWITCH! Verizon costs more but cell service is better and customer service is better.

This T-Mobile store ALWAYS goes above and beyond to assist me. I'm mildly disabled from an on the job injury, so I'm unable to stand for extended periods before my left leg goes dead-numb, and every visit, they snagged me a chair without my asking (I'm stubborn, meh). They've always handled my issues fast, effectively, and completely. I'll continue to do business at this T-Mobile location for as long as I live in this immediate area. Thanks, folks!

This location is highly unprofessional. First they failed to notify me when my Z Fold 3 came in under warranty for a button issue. Because it took so long, my phone started bleeding down the middle of the crack where the phone folds the same day I was going to pick up the new one. Second, Stephen took over 20 minutes on his computer to look up our information because he would rather have fun being distracted with his coworkers than to do his job. The inspector came out just to tell us after all that waiting the warranty was voided due to the screen charging me $215 dollars instead of $5 for the claim.

Stopped by for a new phone my was kaput. Alot of waiting and wondering but after 4 days I received a new phone. Too much confusion and not all associates are trained to everything so pray you get someone with a clue.

I had purchased a new phone a few weeks ago and began having trouble using it. I went in to store and was immediately helped by Jesus. I explained what was wrong and he got everything working right away. I was so thankful for the great customer service he provided.I felt like he exceeded my expectations. Thanks again for your help!!!!!

I purchased an unlocked phone directly from Samsung, and while this locations system was down, Stevie was able to help with onboarding my vacci- I mean 5G sim card with my new phone.Going to a store on a weekend is always a hit or miss experience, but I'm pleased to say this was a hit!Thank you, Stevie and team

Received a flyer that stated the 55 and older plan is 27.50 a month with unlimited data. Go to my local store and was told the plan is $90 and they don't offer unlimited data on this plan. When I showed them the flyer, I was told specifically by the lady that they put that on there to get people in the store. This is shady marketing and I will not be switching to T-Mobile anytime soon!

Extremely dissatisfied with customer service at this location. We had an issue that was handled through customer care services, was told to go to this location and specifically speak to the manager. Colt was the rep that "greeted" us and when we told him we needed to speak with the manager he proceeded to ask why. My husband explained that speaking with a manager is what we were told to do and he persisted on asking us why, "what could a manager do that he couldn't?" He said the manager was in the store but was scheduled to be off at 5!!!!! When we were finally able to speak with the manager she handled everything in a proper manner. Will not be going back! When a customer asks to speak with a manager, younger the manager or simply say one is not available.

A Great start for 2022....this RETAIL T-MOBILE STORE...is a hidden GEM....everyone and EVERY time ..I am forced to go there no matter what my need is...THEY ALWAYS PROVIDE THE BEST SERVICE...WE've been customers for more than 10 years. .AND DEFINITELY will more than likely always will be customers
