Kinda in a rush that day but I go to that store to get supplies oil etc not stand in line for 5 min listening to some narcissistic lady, be gullible off work not at work, maby ask her to step to the side and check me out sir. No good I left my items at the counter still no eye contact so I left.

This facility used to be my number one place , but due to the low Customer service and then let it go a few great workers and now they just have the Just have these old people with attitudes and no type of intelligence The best worker there is an old guy that drives a forklift Very knowledgeable, very helpful.Everybody else isn't worth the time of talking to
Do not buy the coleman go karts Tractor supply. does not help you at all with any warranty. If anything are you going to do is catch a attitude from one of them It's crazy because then please all day long screen.They need help in there And there understaff in the manager does not hire anybody or I bought a gold card and it's crazy.They don't want to help me.Fix it the actual warranty doesn't wan And there's only one rinky dinky shop in conroe That they take it to and that guy is very weird and he wants to just go to your house Instead of you bring it to his shop , I would advise you save the headache Spend almost $2000 for something that doesn't even run very good and brakes within 2 weeks of taking it home and allowing your kids to enjoy it.Put your money somewhere else.That's more valuable or into a company that likes to reinsure their warranty and will help you.If I don't is damaged or broken ..... How to personally fix my own and I feel that it's way better than going to any of those shops that are just going to give you random diagnostic and charge you for parts that aren't even a

I buy most of my feed tractor implement and horse meds here but as of today will no longer shop at this tractor supply. I had a 5 year old grandson with me wanting to look at the ducks there was no sighns saying not to and being on a farm my whole life seen nothing wrong with it the red headed lady run up to us like we was getting ready for a satanic sacrifice for the ducks had my grandson in tears cuz he didn't know what he done wrong.. So if you go there DO NOT TOUCH THE DUCKS.

I buy most of my bird food here. This winter, I have a lot of goldfinches, and I bought a 12 pound bag of nyjer (dated this year), and they ate it up in a few days. I decided to buy a 50 pound bag, but was concerned since it was not dated. Any birder knows nyjer seed goes bad if kept till the next year. I asked the clerk if this bag is from last year, and she said it must be this year's. So I took a chance and bought it. Well, the golfinches barely touch it, so it is obviously last years seed, if not older. Lesson learned - never buy undated bird food. Tractor Supply needs to either date their bags, or discard them in April after the finches leave.

Employees are always quick to help, well informed and give great advice, quick to help if you have issues with the app, and super friendly! The store is organized well, easy to maneuver, and easy to find what you need!

Customer service is awful, the app scheduled me for a same day delivery from this store, which is not my regular store, nor do I shop in this store anymore because i moved 30 minutes away (45 minutes south in regular traffic) and customer service is always an issue. I made the request for delivery Friday on Thursday evening. I get home from work, around 4:30, my order hasn't been delivered, called the 800 number, they call the store, well they don't have a delivery driver, they were supposed to deliver first thing this morning as it's a feed order that should have been delivered yesterday. Around 4 today I check my order again from work, not delivered. Call the 800 again, they call the store, turns out their driver was delivering for another store and my same day delivery for Friday is said to be delivered tomorrow, Sunday. When the 800# asked why they didn't contact me to let me know there was a problem, they threw their driver under the bus and said it was the drivers responsibility to contact us when there is a problem, and that it would likely be tomorrow for delivery. So I had customer service # cancel the order because I had to have feed tonight and had time tonight to do a curbside from my regular store, yesterday i didn't have time and needed delivery. Usually I don't use same day delivery because it's a problem, and 50/50 gamble whether it's going to be same day delivery, even if it's ordered a day in advance. This store is riddled with customer service issues, always has been. They could learn a lot from my Willis store. Willis is clean, the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The Willis store has always gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service, the Conroe staff prefers to be rude and not helpful. What is the point of same day delivery, if it takes it 3 days to deliver it? Curbside is a nightmare at the Conroe store too. It's rarely clean, the plants are never healthy, and don't get me started on the conditions of their chicks/ducklings. I quit shopping there years ago just for this reason unless I am absolutely desperate and have no other options. I also would love to know how my same day delivery ended up going to a store further from me than my regular store? Conroe store is a cruise, Willis is literally 15 minutes from me. Why does Conroe get chicks and ducklings when they are in the middle of the city and Willis doesn't get chicks and ducklings and they are a rural store?

Excellent service. The staff and female lead/manager were great. They had a much better selection then the Tractor Supply by our house. We will probably drive a little further to this one just because of the interaction we had with everyone.

This store is consistently TSC’s weakest link in the Conroe area. I highly recommend The Woodlands/242 or Montgomery locations over this one—well worth the drive. Used to be really friendly here. Not anymore. Pretty sad when leadership creates a problem for the customer then tells the customer to go call the TSC 1-800 number to straighten it out. Where I’m from: you make a mess, you clean it up!

I have been to several different Tractor Supply stores all over the place and have to say that this particular store has the absolute nicest staff members I have ever encountered. More than once I have come here looking for a specific item and these people will go above and beyond to help you find it, I wish I knew their names so I could post that here for them to know that they are very much appreciated and because of them we will keep coming back.

Tractor Supply should be very grateful to have an employee like Dionne, I was having a very stressful day and needed dog food. Dionne was very kind and thoughtful in helping me. If we had more people like Dionne the world would be a better place.
