Our favorite dealership ever! We had a poor experience at the first dealership we had initially visited as we were looking to trade in our 2020 Elantra. We decided to try Wiesner instead because the sales rep we spoke to over the phone was very honest, eager to help, and kind. When we walked in to Wiesner, we could feel the significant difference in atmosphere. It was welcoming and inviting.Our sales rep, Ryan, was straightforward. He was quick to answer any and all questions and did so with honesty. The buying process was easy and quicker than any other we’ve ever had. Thank you Wiesner Hyundai for taking care of us! We love our Tuscon.

I came in recently and bought a new Santa Fe. Rickey and Kenny (salesmen) were both SO helpful, I would highly recommend anyone looking to go see them! They not only made the experience easy but stress free as well. Thank you Wiesner Hyundai for the great experience on my first new car purchase.

David in service is a lazy overweight rude excuse for a human. Seen him be rude not only to myself but another young lady in the office waiting to be helped. Realize that you are there to serve as a customer service representative for maintenance. The GM should consider getting rid of this individual. I left this place and will driver further to continue receiving service from Hyundai.

I just purchased my second car and my family has purchased over five vehicles here. Ron Clark has made our experience at Wiesner so pleasant and easy each time. He wants right for you and never makes you feel pressured or cornered. We have been so blessed to have Ron as our sales person and Wiesner as such a quick and easy dealership.

Wiesner Hyundai is where I bought my 2022 Hyundai Venue in August of 2022. My vehicle has had issues since June and has been in multiple Hyundai dealership since. The third time my brake lights were giving me issues I contacted Wiesner Hyundai.Wiesner was helpful at first, they were able to get my car in sooner than some of my more local dealerships. However, this was my third time dropping off my car at various Hyundai dealerships, and Wiesner was not listening to my concerns about my car. My calls were ignored and my concerns about my were not valid according to the dealership. I felt discriminated against and taken advantage of because I am young woman. They wanted to replace a bulb for $50 and call it good, when it had been replaced just a few months prior and still has continued to give me issues. After speaking to my advisor, Daniel Marquez about my concerns he told me to take my car elsewhere. I will never do service with Wiesner Hyundai, and I will continue to share publicly they way I was treated and let other women know that they can not trust their vehicles with Wiesner Hyundai.

Took my car for an oil change,took an hour and a half WITH appointment. Two weeks later they call and say their oil fill machine may have over or under filled the oil. I took in in and sure enough it's over filled,I waited for almost an hour they remedied the situation. That being said no free oil change was offered or anything. Don't think I'll return.

Went there, looking for a car, said they would be getting one in soon and would let me know when it's in, a month later I looked on the website and the car was in, so I went back and it was already sold. Apparently they do not want my business.

Went to have my brand new car serviced due to low tire pressure lights being on. First time is was supposedly fixed they still showed low tire pressure. The second time it made a terrible noise when you turned right. We are on the third visit now and unsure of problem. This car was bought with 12 miles on it and currently has just over 4,000. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE!! You will regret it.

Excellent ! The Salesman was great. I like to laugh cut up with you. He wasn't trying to push me in To buy in the vehicle. He was a gentleman I think he's an excellent salesman hyundai should keeping. You bring a lot of business into their company.

Absolutely very helpful and extremely personal, it didn’t feel like I was pushed to buy anything and they talked to me as a person and I didn’t feel like I was just “another customer” they were all very charismatic and I had a very good time which them. They are eager to answer questions and explain everything very thoroughly with pricing and made my experience very unique can’t say enough good things about this place and will suggest everyone to come here to make their car purchases.

I felt disrespected when visiting this dealership with my husband to purchase a car. The salesperson disregarded my input and requests and would look to my husband instead for confirmation. The vehicles were vastly different prices than what was originally discussed. When we tried to leave we were stopped multiple times by the salesperson in an attempt to make the deal work but it felt more like a trap that we couldn't escape from. We have visited several dealerships by now and none of them gave us as much trouble. I would recommend being careful when coming to this dealership.

I took my 4 month old Palisade in to have the windshield replaced on July 13th because it had a large rock chip that created a crack all the way across the windshield. I had purchased the warrantee. I have called the service department many times. I have called the service manager several times and left messages. Never have I received a reply. The only person who is even helpful there is my sales person, Rey but making repairs is not his responsibility. I am about to sell this car and go back to Toyota. Their warrant was excellent and the service department was always on the ball. So much for Hyundai. I'm very disappointed. The lady the customer in the last review was talking about was Franie. I had the same experience with her. She is the one who is not getting my repairs done and will never call me back.
