Visiting from Maryland and Cameron was super friendly, knowledgeable and outgoing! He certainly went above and beyond to match my friend and my excitement being in a new place! I was on the market for vape my husband hadn't had before that was quality and Cameron's recommendations were all spot on!

This places' return policy is bull crap! I got a vape last week and it popped on me and liquid went everywhere and they wont replace it at all! worst customer service as well!!

What kind of modern day business closes at 8pm? This has to be the earliest closing smoke shops I've ever seen and it's not very smart. Lots of smokers smoke at night! Not coming to this one ever just because of the terrible hours and it's .7 miles from where I live. You made me have to travel so I will continue to do that.

Over priced and they cahnge prices to often.1 week I paid 23 and next week suddenly it's 28 for the same thing.. and I look at other shops they have the same thing for 17. Go anywhere but here. They just charge you anything

I HIGHLY recommend DRIVING into Denton for ANY Vape business OTHER than giving your business to Action! Action Vape WILL NOT STAND BEHIND their products! I bought (2) SMOK Nfix Kit vapes the first 1 broke in a week, which I was still smoking cigarettes' so I did not use it much. The owner wasn't there, so they replaced it and their "employee" were kind. Less than a month the 2nd broke, went into Action and of course had to deal with the owner, which is a different story. We were told, they will NOT STAND behind their products, with a few other choice words she used. When your buying from the owner (lady) it's ALL nice and kind BUT have trouble and the kindness it out the window! There are plenty of GREAT vape places in Denton, no one should have to deal with a store who only likes you when your buying and spending money. God forbid you have a issue! Which is really d*** because I bet the vape suppliers stand behind their products, so probably doesn't cost Action Vape a thing! We will never go back!

Purchased bottles of the same juice my friends bought that were delicious. When I tried the 2 I had they tasted terrible. The expiration dates we out for some time. When I tried to return them they said the dates were when the product was manufactured. I ask then why are they consistent or anywhere close to that matter the guy behind the counter stated I can return them simply because you dont like them. Again I told them I like that juice but those 2 are horrible. They knew this to be the case because i brought them back full and told them to trash them. The sweet lady behind the counter gave me a discount and that's the only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. She was super professional and seemed to care about her customers and companies reputation but is at the mercy of the owners shanty business practices. Please read before you buy because you are stuck with whatever concoction they fill the bottle with.
