I cancelled my membership in August but the owners continue to charge me and are now charging me late fees because I disputed the charge with my bank. I have contacted the owners several times over the last few months and they just ignore me. Terrible way to run a business.

We Highly RECOMMEND this gym!!! Robyn and David are awesome! They are very informative and motivate you every step of the way. They know how to modify your workout to your needs. They are very personable and such amazing people. We also love the facilities. It has an old fashion feel to it yet up to date.

Great workout. The trainers mix it up so it never gets boring. The equipment is well-maintained and there is ample parking in back. The trainers feel more like friends to me; they're very personable and are always very welcoming. The workout rivals that of a real boxing or kickboxing gym without having to deal with the trainers who ignore you to focus on the fighters or the wolf pack hierarchy that more or less exists at every mma gym or boxing gym. Everyone is there to get in shape. No egos. No posturing. And it is clean.

I love this workout! You can show up at any time since no class times. The trainers are great - they motivate you, encourage you, help with form, help you get the most out of your workout. I've worked out my whole life and this workout never gets boring. I love the fact that you can join with only a 30-day written notice to cancel, no long term commitments in case I have to move (common with my job).

Absolutely the worst management ever! Decent workout but when I cancelled in adequate time, I was still billed (incorrectly) the following month. Three visits to the club requesting the owner call me back to arrange refund...no call, no contact. I was forced to dispute the charge and only then did I get a call from her. Now she is trying to bill me more service fees! Truly awful experience, terrible management. Worse, there is no one else you can really call as calls to the 9 round headquarters are just forwarded to the club. She even tried to tell me that the reason she didn't call me at first was because she runs four gyms...as if it was my fault she had too much work to be able to do a good job. Save yourself the headache and workout somewhere else!

Can't love this gym enough! Keisha is an amazing trainer. I have failed numberous times at losing weight and with Keisha she worked with me and pushed me. Now I am 30 lbs lighter and we are going for 30 more! Each workout each day is different and the trainers work with you to reach your goals! First work out is free! go check it out!

She is rarely there, and not timely in replying to calls or texts. When I went for my free trial, I chatted with her and told her that I would like to join, but I was hesitant because I knew I would need to freeze any gum membership during the summer due to a long overseas trip. She told me that this would be no problem

Good workout but poor management. Where do I begin...the only way to contact the gym is the one number listed on their website which goes to the owner's cell. She is rarely there, and not timely in replying to calls or texts. When I went for my free trial, I chatted with her and told her that I would like to join, but I was hesitant because I knew I would need to freeze any gum membership during the summer due to a long overseas trip. She told me that this would be no problem and that there was not a monthly "hold fee" for freezing your membership. I joined, and then 30 days prior to needing to freeze my membership I called and requested to freeze my membership. She informed me that there was no freezing policy and that it was not an option. I reminder her of our conversation prior to my joining. She told me sorry, but it's not going to happen. So, then I told her, ok, then please let this be my 30 days notice for canceling instead of freezing. She then changed her tune and said she'd allow the freeze for a one time basis. I should have stuck with canceling in hindsight. The workout became pretty repetitive, and I decided to make a switch to Lifetime. I agin texted requesting a 30 days notice to cancel. Eventually I got a reply that I'd have to fill out a form. I assumed electronic and requested a 9 rounds login. Another long wait later she told me that I would need to go into the studio. I went the very next morning and was informed that I was a couple of days past my billing cycle, and that I would be billed for two more months. I assured the employee that I had been communicating with the Manager and that I was sure she would honor the 30 days since I did contact her at that point. He noted it on the form. Not surprisingly, I was billed for an additional month after my last month. I contacted the Manager again. She assured me that she'd get the billing fixed. A day later, she changed her tune and told me she investigated and that my paperwork was not turned in within 30 days so she would not refund my extra billing. I reminder her of the circumstances and she just began ignoring my texts. Very unprofessional, and very disappointing. I didn't dispute the extra billing (although I should have) since technically I did not give the 30 days notice on paper, but I expect better customer service. I think the enrollment is a direct reflection of the management and customer service at this 9 Rounds.

The staff is great and knowledgeable. Workouts are very intense but in the end are rewarding. I love that there is no set class time. I especially love the one on one sparring time you get to work on combos - it's extremely motivating to have trainers helping you out every step of the way.

Awesome workout in 30 minutes!! Great trainers that push you! I love that there is no class time! I always leave a hot sweaty mess!!!
