I come to this 711 everyday - sometimes twice a day. The daytime staff is awesome & very friendly, especially for what they have to put with. The night time staff has recently been being ran by a single guy who used to be "security" or something for homeless people. This guy acts like he owns the place & couldn't be more rude. They are supposed to be open 24 hours - and they do close the doors for 30min - an hour around 4 am to clean & restock. However, this new guy has been closing at like 1 am & staying closed for HOURS. I highly management is aware of this - but they need to be. I mean i've literally never seen this guy do ANYTHING that classifies as work - in the past 6 months i've seen him every day. He is lazy & rude & seems to do nothing but lose this 711 money and loyal customers in my opinio. I miss the last night shift guy :/ i will be going to the field st 711 from now on.

The African chick that works here always got an attitude and talk to people crazy I will never go back here for anything. She stay rolling her eyes like she got a problem. I'm over this store they need to shut up down. I get there are homeless downtown but they don't even care they let them in and out of the store and stand right outside.

This was a bad experience. Store was not clean and coffee tasted like it had been brewed three days prior to my visit. I do not recommend this location.

Also not 24 hours. Duplicate review, but 2nd location, a block down from previous review. This time, the lone employee was cataloging stock. No delivery truck nearby. No homeless people either, as with last location. I DID find the homeless around the block at the Texas Legal Aide entrance, though. ????

Homeless guy guarding the door and yelling at people which was apparently approved by the clerk. Freaking people out.

I stopped by a 7-Eleven at 11:50 PM tonight. Even though the store was open and the usual crowd of homeless individuals were outside, one man stood out. He was smoking weed and looked no different than the others. As I approached the entrance, he told me the store was closed. I assured him I'd quickly grab a water bottle and leave. Despite my friendly demeanor, he coldly responded, "I'm not smiling. We're closed." Ignoring his comments, I proceeded inside. As I was being checked out, this man knocked on the window, signaling the clerk not to serve me. I was taken aback when the clerk hesitated, explaining that the man was the manager. I was stunned that 7-Eleven would employ someone with such a poor attitude in a managerial role.

Homeless people camped inside the store. They can be very frightening and intimidating. They're sitting in boxes of delivered merchandise. Especially the tall African American fellow. He is always there and follows me around. I think he lives inside the store. He told me one time he doesn't like me. Oh well! He's not employed or pays taxes on what they probably pay him there. My kids are afraid to go into the store. With the backpacks and sleeping bags a foot... they make the store look very undesirably cluttered.

Everyone please stop going in this 7-Eleven. It deserves to be shut down. The guy who worked there all of sudden told me I'm not allowed to buy wings because I didn't want the hot dogs. Security may have to keep coming there because crimes happen there, but these employees need to watch what they say too!

This store blares purposefully obnoxious opera music as loud as possible "to keep homeless people away" according to management. I live above this location (Kirby Building) in Downtown Dallas on the 10th floor, and it's so loud that it can be tough to go to sleep. It's hard to imagine how an urban convenience store can remain in business when it is actively trying to repel folks and annoying anyone within earshot. This is not a positive business or good neighbor for Downtown Dallas. I hope that a company will move into this space in the future that will present a welcoming attitude.

They do not honor the shelf tag prices when items scan at a higher price. When bringing it to their attention, they simply said the price had gone up. I realize that but they should honor the shelf tag price. Not my problem they do not keep current on their price changes. Unacceptable
