I have been with 9Round for nearly a month and I can only say positive things about them! My trainer Travis is amazing, he’s very patient and encouraging and makes the environment a fun place to be. I would highly recommend coming here!

When it comes to exercise, I’ve found I have the most fun during a hard kickboxing workout. 9Round makes getting a quick workout in really easy - I can go in at any time and do a 30-minute workout that is different every time, but always gets me sweating. Frazier is my favorite trainer, but they’re all great about giving tips and intensifying the workout. I recommend investing in a heart monitor so you can track your intensity.

Great workout here!! The 9Rounds is great place when you want to do it at your own pace. Especially for the new beginners, the trainers will advise you in the best way to make sure your are doing the moves correctly. There’s a lot of great energy in the environment!

It’s been 2 weeks and I already notice a difference. My body is toning up, especially around my mid section. I make sure I go every other day and get my 9 rounds in. The trainers are amazing. Frazier is always there helping me with my form and reminding me to breathe, and to stay focused. The owner Hemal is so kind and down to earth. I told him my goal is to feel good mentally first, and he has been reminding me to keep my thoughts positive. Thank you Coach V! I worked out with you once and MAN did I burn a lot of calories. Vibes is a whole VIBE. He pushes me and I appreciate being challenged. I am so thankful and grateful to have found 9Round! I look forward to the future with y’all!

9Round on Mockingbird is a great place to get a fun and good workout. I hate exercising, but this place makes me want to do it. All the trainers are caring and knowledgeable. Bonus: I have also lost weight!

Great experience. I am new to 9Round fitness; there is no judgement, multiple Trainers focused on helping you thru each round. Imee, Fraizer & Trainer V are all fantastic. They motivate you to keep coming back. If you’ve been waiting to try it; stop waiting and get there!

Since joining 9Rounds I have fallen back in love with exercise. The trainers here do an excellent job at making it feel like a hobby more so than a chore. I would recommend 9rounds to anybody at any stage in their fitness journey!

I’ve had such a good 9round experience. I started at the TCU gym before it closed. Living in Dallas now, this has been such a place of stress relief. Vibes and Kendrick are legit amazing-if you have any sort of accomadations, they’re great at keeping that in mind. Please keep this place open for me!!!!!!

I love this place!! It’s a great workout , each day is different and the trainers are great. Secret, Fraser and Vibes are the trainers that help me every time I go. If you’re looking for a 30min burn with lots of great motivation , this is the place. They even give you a fighter name to feel more like a boxing gym. Recommend to everyone, come check this place out!!!!

Was doing 9 round at the Inwood location (same owner) in 2021 but had to quit due to high risk pregnancy. Cancellation process was seamless and owner was very accommodating. You just need to follow the Cancellation policy guidelines and you shouldn't have a problem.After having my baby I moved to the burbs and thought the 9 round there would be the same. I had a horrible experience and emailed the owner of the Dallas locations so I could come back. They welcomed me with open arms and sent me to Mockingbird. Man! This place did not skip a beat. They were awesome before , but man they just continue to blow my mind with how attentive and efficient they are! If you wanna feel like you have a personal trainer who is going to be engaged, motivating and hold you accountable, you have come to the right place! I'll drive to Dallas ALL DAY to get this kind of training!

I have been going to 9Round for two years now and absolutely love it! The trainers are amazing and give attention everyone's specific skill level. Alan is just one of the many great trainers available at the Mockingbird location. I don't plan to stop going anytime soon!
