This store has the worst customer service known to man kind the manger Mr Tony is overly rude I have made multiple call to the corporate office at what point will yall make this man be held for his actions on how he treat the customer I wouldn’t recommend this store to the local crack head in my community If I could give this location a -5 stars I would never meet a person as nasty and evil as Tony looking at the reviews I’m not the only one with the issue

I have never been treated this way at all at Aarons. I had the same situation with the manager Tony and the Sales Manager as well. I wanted a new bedroom set paid the $0.1 down and when I asked where my set was the sales manager was very rude and stated I needed to make a payment first. I notified her I never received my dresser set and she said well that does not matter we are still needing your first payment. I asked to speak with the GM and Tony was rude as well. I was told my items would be canceled since I did not want to deal with this location at all due to their poor customer service. This is still on my account making it seem as if I am late on payments and shows items delivered. I had to have another store call and confirm this was off my account and the guy Tony stated yes. I called corporate and they will be reaching out to the regional. Luckily when he spoke this way I have proof and recordings along with the sales manager. Now I have to go to the store to actually have a paper given to me showing they know how to cancel orders. I am in management as well for multifamily and I have not treated any of my customers in this manner. You would think they would like to make their sales goals. Do not come to this site at all unless you are desperate.

Customer service is the worst. The GM Tony was very rude and not helpful. He stated that I should come in and he would assist me finding a living room set for my budget. I came in the CSR was very standoff-ish I told her that I would like to speak to a manger regarding the delivery dates. He stated he reported me to corporate when I asked for the corporate number.

Tony the manger is the worst. He’s so rude and disrespectful and ignorant.Doesn’t help and screamed at his fellow coworker to do something he could’ve done. Very lazy and isn’t professional. Shouldn’t be working there and other people agree!!! Corporate, to fix your store check to see who is on your team !! You will only suffer if you let people like that to be working for you and treating your customers badly!!!

Tony need to not answer the phone. He’s rude and so nasty. I met a really nice worker there named Rusty inside the dollar tree next door and forgot to ask him his hours. I’ve called several times to get his scheduled. Tony is so evil & greedy he always says Rusty isn’t here..I ask when will he return he says I don’t know he’s scheduled today I ask what time he says idk. How are you a manager and do not know? I called again he did the same thing. Simply doesn’t want Rusty to get the sale. I will go in there everyday if I have to before I work work him. After reading the reviews ALL I SEE IS HOW BAD TONY IS…why haven’t they dealt with him. Sad sad sad. Tony must be black mailing someone higher up. So he just sits & does whatever he wants. God bless him b/c he’s rude for no reason. Maybe he’ll find happiness one day.

Whew this store has the worst customer service for absolutely no reason. I can not think that someone could wake each day and be so nasty and rude for no reason. My experience with this store definitely let me know to never buy from Aaron’s. The manger tony is so rude never calls and has the worst attitude. They scheduled a delivery and the furniture couldn’t fit supposedly! The guy told me he would have someone reach out to me so that I could pick a new couch of course nobody called! Three days went by and I had to call the store of course tony picks up and he is absolutely dismissive and doesn’t care it told me he would have to come to my house and look at my door to see if it would fit. How that works I don’t know I wish I could get corporate number to report tony and rusty but rude and will continue to cause customers to turn away from this store. Trust me run far away!

Worst customer service ever I just called to make sure they had a ac wall unit in stock and the gentleman that answered the phone was so rude that I will not be buying anything from arrons again and I've bought items from arrons in the past and never been treated like this just asking if they had one in stock just ridiculous

The one star was all I could muster up! I have a mattress from this location and asked to have this replaced. Went in asked for a replacement and dealt with Tony. That was well over 2 weeks ago. No contact, no communication, forced to sleep on a very uncomfortable mattress due to the lack of communication and status.I used to rent with Aarons and have never been treated so dismissive and treated as if I was bothering your store manager. It is not like anyone has to suffer but ME is suffering with this terrible mattress.So appreciate the fact that people are letting you know that the store is in need of a training on how to conduct inviting business instead of the bad reviews here. This is not a personal attack Anna this is for your store to recognize there is a problem and they should learn to be better because if we didn't use Aarons it would be an empty store with a lease sign on it.

The manager Tony is very rude I do not like dealing with him... Now the young lady that works at the counter I'm not sure of her name but she is very helpful and very sweet whether it's on the phone or in person.

Rusty is rude as heck! We came in to get an item and he had an attitude and he kept kicking people out of the store while he smoked a cigarette instead of helping customers and his excuse is that he doesn’t know us and that he is not in the sells department. And he was the only person here so He should be able to help.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I placed an order online and was told that the product would be delivered in 2-3 days online. I asked the online customer service if they had this item in the store if I could get it sooner, they explained that you would have to call the store. They gave me this store number I called spoke with Toni and all the reviews on this guy is correct. He was not helpful and was very rude. Aarons needs to do better and hire someone willing to help their customers if I did not place my order online I would definitely take my business else where.
