A meat market is supposed to cut and sell the amount of meat you want?? I was told NO!! We will not cut a piece salmon to the amount I needed for two. I had to buy the whole piece. What??? I just threw my hands up and walked away. This came from assuming the so call meat market manager. Caucasian male. Very disappointing.

So last night I went in this location and I was shopping around. I was looking at the summer sausage and it had MOLD. Green and white mold! When I took it to the butcher to let him know, he didn't even seem to care. I told him that I had found this and he's just like oh. I asked him where did he want me to put it and he said just put it on the counter. I'm very upset with this experience and I don't know if I would be back, which is sad because I even used to work here but the place has gone down hill fast!

This Albertsons has been in steady decline. Today the meat counter closed two hours early with just a shrug from the employees (yes...there were employees working in the meat department at the time).There are some good people working here. Unfortunately there seems to be a supervisory/management level rot that clouds the good work done by some. There is one African American supervisor type who often works the customer service desk. She has one of the poorest attitudes I have ever seen. She has been here for some time. How does she keep her job?I live nearby and have been a customer for over a decade. Of late I'm questioning wether to make the further drive to Kroger.The best solution would be to just bring in H.E.B.P.S. Alberston's...please don't respond with the canned response for me to use the Contact Us area on your website. I tried it. Not very useful.

I went into this location to pick up three items I arrived at the register placed my items on the belt when it was my turn I stepped in front of the cashier as normal he didn’t say a word neither did the other young man that was bagging I have never been to a store where the cashiers don’t greet you when i say silence of the lambs I mean silence I paid for my items grabbed my bag and proceeded to walk off and then the next customer a white lady was standing in the exact same spot that i was was greeted with a whole conversation smh we have to do better this was one of the worst customer service experiences I ever had I will take my business somewhere else hell at least greet the customer It doesn’t cost you a thing to be nice

Had trouble buying gift cards here before but figured I’d try again. Bought 2 and put over 100 dollars on each. Opened the packaging the gift cards were in, in front of the manager at the time of purchase and there was a 25 dollar gift card in each one. The receipt even said card not found and the manager literally told me it wasn’t her problem and would not make it right. I’m out a few hundred dollars even though the manager saw she sold me an incorrect/ faulty item. Keep it classy Albertsons!!!

I went to the store on Friday the 29th. I needed customer service and the lady was so rude. My card wouldn't work and she talked to me so nasty. My daughter just walked off.

We shop at this store weekly and it's hit or miss. For the most part, it's well stocked and has what we need. The real issue is with the employees. One of the cashiers, Emma, always has an attitude. If you looked up the word "miserable' in the dictionary, you would see her face and wouldn't need to read the definition. We were checking out yesterday afternoon and had unknowingly picked her lane. Like always, no "hello" or "how are you". Just a frowning face, she doesn't even look up at customers and smile. Then, one of the managers came over and asked her "Why do you still look mad?" She stopped scanning our groceries, so she could swear and rant about a customer, to this manager. So you have an employee ranting and cussing about a customer, in front of other customers. I understand customer service can be frustrating but that's ridiculous. If you need a break or a moment to rant, go into the back. She's just obnoxious. Also, the people who bag the groceries need some training. I worked at a grocery store and had to watch a video on how to properly bag groceries, so food items wouldn't get squashed. I know the training exists. Do a little better.

I went there for some Labor Day groceries. As soon as I walked in I noticed this beautiful tumbler at the in store Starbucks. I also purchased their delicious guacamole and 7 layered dip. I purchased some delicious corn tortillas, soft drinks, chips, hot links and festive cup cakes. Our checker was so nice, friendly and polite. I will go back when I'm in the area.

Just did a late night grocery run. I wanted mention the young men that were working the cash register and bagging. They were very kind and it’s refreshing to see smiles that late at night. Great experience, those kids don’t get enough recognition.

Their bathroom is under construction and they won’t let anyone use the staff bathroom, which is ridiculous. I’ve been shopping here for ten years and had just paid for $300 worth of groceries, which you think would get you into the bathroom as a courtesy. They said the customers were making it too messy. That’s when you have someone clean it and you make it work until you have your usual set up fixed. So inconsiderate considering I let them know I really needed the facilities after a long shopping trip in their store giving them my business…

The absolute worst pick up experience. First my order was marked as picked up. I got to the store, called from my car because my two small children were sleeping. The lady lets me know they are working on it. 15 min pass and I call again then she tells me the girl who works pick up left and no one knew. This lady brings me some of my stuff I realize big items missing, I let het know and at this point we are both frustrated! She goes back in the store and brings the drinks I get home and my cold items are missing. Ugh. Not even Walmart is this bad.

I like this Albertsons a lot. My review is specifically for the order online & pick up grocery service. I ordered my groceries on the app, when I went to pick them up it all looked fine at first glance. When I got home I realized a handful of items were wrong. I got yogurt, instead of getting small individual sized yogurt cups I got huge quart sized ones. There were a few items like that where I got a completely different item than what I ordered. Next time I will check it all before I leave the store.
