I have been a customer of Allen Edmonds since 2003. I have several Allen Edmonds shoes, boots, and belts in my wardrobe.I have been a customer of Allen Edmonds Dallas before the store relocated from Northpark to West Village several years ago. For most of that time, Barbara, the store manager has been my go-to for ordering new shoes, boots, and belts and for returning shoes and boots for recrafting.Barbara believes in the Allen Edmonds brand and always ensures that I am satisfied with their products and services. I appreciate her candor and her recognition of my attention to detail in Allen Edmonds products.

Service was far from great. I was told to shop with Allen Edmonds from my associates as they make such a great product. I finally pulled the trigger and bought a pair online. I thought the shoes were great and decided to purchase another pair and matching belts during the Black Friday event. Being in sales my time is limited and I wouldn’t be able to shop until the following Sunday, so I purchased online to ensure I was able to take advantage of the sale. After receiving my shoes, I realized I ordered the wrong fit. That Sunday I went in person to exchange, but I didn’t feel very welcomed. Upon arriving a woman (a manager?) was clearly upset that I didn’t purchase in store and made it a point to express her feelings. She offered accessories in a way that wasn’t helpful. It felt like she wanted me to purchase something in return for brining my online problem to her.I understand now that they are on commission and I would be happy to build a relationship with someone to ensure they receive credit for the sale, but it will not be at this store. I will be sure to shop at another location after my experience here.After the exchange I was told I should receive the new pair in about 5 business days. After receiving no update I called this morning for a shipping update. The man on the customer service line mentioned the shoes were on back order and I should’ve been told at the store. I wasn’t going to post a review, until I was updated on an actual eta of my shoes.

I'm a younger guy, and I scooted in right at closing on a Sunday afternoon. I was still treated like I was the oldest and wealthiest person to walk in the door mid day on a weekday. Would highly recommend checking this place out.

I tried to find an email to send a private message to this company so I may delete this if someone responds here. First of all the woman barbara there is so rude i cant believe it. If you walk in there, you get an immediate attitude, I even witnessed someone being what I assumed was racist as a person of color walked in through the store and out and I won’t repeat what the sales person said. Afterward my husband complained here and there. I just recently went into the store again asking their advice for a good hat store considering my husband has about eight pairs of shoes and shirts from there all bought within the last three months since moving to Dallas and the woman was so rude to me that i was left in disbelief. She litetarally said i have this hat here because this is where i work. Let me know if you want it” I told my husband about it and then fast forward another two months. He had another very bad experience with this woman. Its not 1995, sales people arent mean to people in mid priced or high end clothing stores anymore. Its not ok for even one location of a brand to have an issue like this.Hello i no longer see the email

Recently began working here and can already discern the high level of customer service given by the staff. The store has a lot to offer in quality product and a shopping atmosphere that is second to none. From start to finish, you will be glad to have entered the shoe world of Allen Edmonds.

I walked in with my brother about an hour before closing today to do an exchange. I thought we'd be rushed in and out of the store; however, Barbara took good care of us. We tried on a few shoes and walked out satisfied with my purchase. Barbara is knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. I am definitely coming back!

On 03/12/2022 I purchased 3 pairs of shoes from this location and I received them at my home on 03/15/2022 but one pair was damaged. I called the store today and spoke with Larry to find out what is the replacement process and he wanted me to return them to the store but while I was explaining to him that I live 40 miles away, he hung up on me. I called back for the corporate phone number and his name, he gave me an incorrect number and probably an incorrect name (Larry). Thanks Larry, I will be returning all 3 pairs and will not be purchasing Allen Edmonds again. I wish I could return all of my previous purchases.

As others have mentioned in previous reviews, the customer service at this location is simply amazing! I always make sure to ask for Larry as he is very knowledgeable and at this point he should be giving workshops on how to manage stores and client relationships. I have nothing but good things to say about this store, the quality of the shoes, and the superb customer service. Thanks Larry! :)

They make the best shoes. The customer service is excellent at that store. Love the gentlemen who helps out. He knows a lot about shoes and how to take care of them.
