Ordered parts to be delivered from warehouse, nothing was in stock, break pads, break line, both calipers. The only thing that came were the calipers. What a disappointment. How did they not have it in the warehouse, and why did it let them order the part if not in stock? Major failure AutoZone. So I waited for your parts, osid for and no delivery. Boo.

Great AutoZone! Customer service is on point. Best place to buy a battery due to free installation and the employees really go above and beyond. Laura Manny and princess are the best! Is you want solid service good prices and trustworthy advise this is the place to go.

Absolutely the most helpful manager at any Auto Zone I've been to and that is saying a lot because I've always gone to Auto Zone because everyone is top notch!! Battery died on the road, called and asked if they had mine in stock. Manager said Yes!! Walked in, he was waiting for me, put it in and got me out in a flash! Very bad day turned into a great day! Thank you!!!

Terrible customer service. Came to buy tail light and parking light replacement bulbs. Got handed off to 3 different associates who sold me the completely wrong bulb. Pointless!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in and pointed in the direction of what I was looking for (paint). I wasn't offered much help after that but I was able to find what I wanted no problem.

This is my least favorite Autozone because of the lack of customer service. I called on the phone about my headlight and was told by Marcus that if they werent busy they would assist me by showing me how to put in a headlight bulb or even install it, I was to purchase from them. When I went in Armando was rude when I was asking about the light for my vehicle and if another I had purchased was for a different light or the same one. I was not even acknowledged when walking through the door and was treated poorly. I did buy the light but they didn't help me install it. I will NOT return.

Great customer service and the manager was very friendly and helpful in his recommendations. I noticed he was assisting all the customers and knew many by name or what they already needed, shoes that he really takes pride in his job.

My battery, with a 5 year warranty, died after two years last night. I went in to replace it from this Autozone, the same location where I bought the original battery, in the evening. When I told the manager that I needed to replace the battery, he told me they would not help me remove/replace the battery and that I had to do it myself. "There are only two of us in the store", he stated. Which is true, if you only counted him and the other employee working the register. However, there was a third employee pricing the merchandise in the aisles. He didn't think I would see him so the manager blatantly lied to my face. On top of that, there was only one other customer in the entire store. He then handed me a toolset and blankly stared at me. Over the next 30 minutes, I watched videos on how to remove my battery and struggled with the tools they supplied me. They didn't even give me the right sizes or wrenches to remove the bolt that secured my battery. I went inside twice asking questions on how to use these tools. I finally got the battery out and was able to install it myself, too. However, my 30 minute ordeal could have been done within 3 minutes by one of the Autozone professionals. I was shocked that I was asked to do this service myself, considering how few customers were in the store. The manager was not apologetic or sympathetic to my situation. It was an incredibly frustrating experience. For reference, I'm a young male. I wonder if he would have treated a woman the same way? Imagine him telling a 75 year old woman to go change out her own battery after dark. Very disappointed in this service. I will not be returning because you guys are "too busy" to take my money apparently.

Pretty good service but I guess not enough attendance today... Should be more computer assistance, at all time's it's all AutoZone locations !!! this is a very very very busy location.. but for this day, as long as they keep it moving they will not get over crowded !

Bought a battery here in mid 2015 with a three year warranty. Battery died about six weeks before the warranty was up so I got a jump and came back here. They pulled up the record of me buying the battery in their system, cleaned the battery terminals, swapped out the battery for a new one, all for free under the warranty and gave me a free soft drink because they were busy and I had to wait a few minutes. Only been here twice but both times were good experiences.

On a cold morning when my car was having some trouble starting, I decided to head to AutoZone to have my battery tested. The employee who helped me was very fast and friendly, especially to someone who is a bit lost under the hood. In addition, when I told him my car was less than 2 years old, he pointed out that I SHOULDN’T buy a battery from him, and instead I should go to the dealership first to see if it would be covered under warranty. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my auto parts/supplies in the future :)

The internet was not working and the staff was very helpful in getting me what I needed. Here is a suggestion, improve your online search for items. The website is too cluttered. You need more simple platform that easily filters the categories without loading a separate page. The staff understands this problem & were morw than happy to assist me finding a headlight and windshield wipers that fit the specs of my car.

Was having trouble with a battery I purchased at a different location. Was helped within 1 minute, they determined the cause of the problem, fixed it, and I was off. Took all of about 10 minutes. Refreshing to see a place of business with employees that are polite and willing to help their customers. Thanks!!!

The people are just getting so ill-informed. Don't waste your time asking these guys any questions. They DON'T know what they are talking about. All they can do is operate the register.

I don't know why I come here. I guess because it happens to be the easiest one to get to when I'm on this side of town. By far the least helpful employees. Of any auto zone. Ever. They'll tell you your part and let you go look for it for 10 minutes. Then getting someone to help install a headlight is like pulling teeth. I think I'll go elsewhere next time.

Convenient spot to grab some parts for your car, or in my case, a chance to look for options. My poor truck's headliner was beginning to age and sag. I came in looking for options. I was hoping to find some miracle adhesive, but nothing on their shelves they would suggest. So with that idea shot down, I walked the store getting ideas for my next repair job that was bound to happen. I saw some cool accessories that for now, I could live without. I saw some cleaners and polishes that might be useful if I stop yelping and hand detail my vehicles. What a silly idea, right? They are a busy store and it shows it. I'd never want to shop at a parts stores that was grease free.

Came to this location out of convenience as it was the closest auto place to me after my car battery had to be jumped. I walked in and was greeted almost immediately and told them I needed to have my battery checked out. Sure enough, I needed a new one and Jose was very efficient / friendly in helping me pick a new one & replacing it. The whole process took less than 20 minutes and then I was on my way!

Called this morning and spoke with Manuel about headlight issues. He was polite and helpful. Came in to make the purchase. Ivan was not only helpful himself, but he installed the bulbs for me. Exemplary customer service!

Good auto parts store for the amateur and pro mechanic with plenty of friendly and helpful people to offer you advice, guidance and help find parts. This store also has great little accessories like LED lighting, great smelling car deodorizers and other fun upgrades for your car. Check out some of the discount tables for clearance items and don't be afraid to ask the employees to point out any non-obvious sales or "hot items" that may be in! Over all a very good, clean store and a great place to get your car parts.
