The Avis office supervisor at this downtown Dallas branch provides the highest level of customer service. Extremely professional and helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Our vacation rental for 22 days was most enjoyable thanks to the Avis team.

I give this a 5 star only because the guy that normally is there is always the best. I missed an important appointment in Houston, TX because the guy that day was profiling. I have rented here for over four months three times a month and never an issue. Today there was s small issue because the guy was a compete jerk. I will not use Avis anymore but I won't trash it inline for one person's character.

Based on my rental experience at this location, I will avoid all non airport Avis locations.•charged 50$ for “pet hair damages” that the attendant stated would take “10-15 minutes” to vacuum, so 200-300$/hr for non-specialized labor with no permanent damage to asset. I strongly believe a quick lint roller pass would remove all observed pet hair.•requested rental to be extended so I could remediate the “damages” myself, but attendant refused as he already processed the rental return. Extending the rental from 5 to 7 days would add no cost to me, so of course they “can’t do anything”. Why would they work hard to tie up their asset 2 extra days without extra revenue and not earn 50$ for 10 min of labor?•original rental agreement and copy received by customer differ. This Avis location modifies contracts immediately before rental begins by adding a stamp you initial (agreeing to a 450$ fee for smoking, pet hair, or excessive dirt), but your contract copy excludes this modifying stamp. Rental terms of service online do not include what you agree to with the stamp. In fact, Avis proudly boasts, “you can bring pets in your rental cars at most Avis locations; just call your pickup location to confirm before you arrive.”•found attendant inattentive, playing on his phone, when I arrived to return my rental. Instead of spending 10 minutes to maintain a positive working relationship (by extending my rental or quickly vacuuming without an excessive fee), attendant would rather exercise the rental agreement contract, tell you you should be happy it’s only a 50$ fee, and return to their personal cellphone time.In conclusion, what a racket. Airport locations have so much volume, they don’t knit pick returns like this location. I strongly recommend taking detailed pictures and videos at pickup and return because you may find yourself responsible for damages not recorded at pickup but noticed at return.

I was told if I went through a toll, I would pay $6.00 for the day. I drove two days and was then hit with a charge to my credit card for $78.00.Called customer service, waited 5 minutes, got transferred, waited 10 minutes, spoke to an associate she asked me all kinds of questions, INCLUDING MY PHONE NUMBER, then suddenly disconnected me mid sentence. Did she call me back? WHAT DO YOU THINK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am going to tell my wife to dispute the charge on the credit card. Then you can wait and explain the extra &78.00 charge to the credit card company, or call me back.

Kiaran, the receptionist is the most efficient staff i ever met in the USA customer servise. He is super efficient, friendly, kindly give you more information than you asked!Easy to pick up. Due to one oparator, there might be another customer so that you might expect to wait for some while but he is a hard worker to make it quickest possible.

This is literally the best rental car experience ever. They will go above and beyond for you. You’ll also get in and get out - Quick. I forget their names, but the owner runs a great operation and his employees are well trained. Highly recommend.

This was a good place where my job sends me corporate trips. Had a sedan reserved and because they didn’t have one anymore they wanted to charge me the suv which I should have received that vehicle w/o charge both employees confirmed no. Very unprofessional and distasteful

Do NOT go here. I made the mistake of going here. I travel for a living and executive level. They had 1 car with upgrade stereo it was a truck. Them they gave my a Mazda SUV that needed maintenance. I should have used the Avis at reunion on tower like normal. Do not use this place it's horrible. Take the time go to another location.
