Went inside to deposit a paycheck into my account. There were 2 people ahead of me. I was in front of a teller within 3 minutes. Out the door 3 minutes later. Fast and convenient.

I arrived to do a procedure and the lady told us that she would attend to us and we spent more than an hour waiting, she attended to other people who had just entered the place without an appointment, before us and then she said that she could not attend to us because I need an appointment and it is full this and next week, she could have saved us waiting for nothing.

I would give zero stars if I could. Every time I come to this location the manager is a total witch. She is super rude and never helpful. Ive only been here three times in the last 3 years. It had been two years, I was hoping she would no longer be here. I was wrong.

Manager was rude and had a terrible attitude towards the rest of the employees. On the other hand, the teller Giselle was amazing. She made mistake on my cashiers check and I didn’t notice till I got outside. Went back inside and when she saw me, walked from behind the counter and pulled me out of the line and made it her priority to fix her mistake. Maybe she should be the manager.

I was treated very poorly as if I didn't know how to speak Spanish but I had a simple transfer of money that needed to go to my cousin and they wouldn't help me do it and wouldn't show me how to do it. They said I could wire it but I also could ACH it. They did not want to help me do anything they wanted to try to make me do it on my phone. Very rude and you have very young inconsiderate young people working for you. I would highly consider getting of them. This is a very bad experience and I'm leaving a very negative review for this location. Regards

What kind of bank opens at 10am??? This is the only location I’ve found that opens that late. Just weird to me. I don’t bank with BOA was just bringing someone up here but from the reviews I’ve seen this location is TRASH!!!

too bad zero isn't an option. this location's atm shorted an employee 500 on a withdrawal and absolutely NO ONE in the establishment would assist. instructed the employee to call his employer, that they couldn't do anything to help. and NO ONE answers the phone to assist either. 500 dollars is a lot of money and they don't seem too concerned. reprehensible, bank of america. d

They open at 10am you have 10 ppl in line at open but only 1 teller. How is this good customer service ? They don't care at least it comes across like that . Avoid this location especially at opening

Today, September 27, 2022, around 2:05 pm I went to Albano to open an account, a lady helped me and we were already in the office filling out the papers when another woman came in saying that the appointment had to arrive at 2:15 already. I had arrived and I had to leave the office because they were going to attend to the person who had the appointment and that he would wait outside for them to finish to attend to me again. This is incredible that it happened in A bank where the employees do that with their clients is disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope the manager does something with these employees so that this type of thing doesn't happen and of course I went to another bank to open my account and I don't recommend it at all. to the banquet of america
